I stayed 4 nights, only managed to have a good sleep once because of the noice coming from outside the hotel and from other guests. It was so disruptive!! The bathroom door creaks so loudly. There is no space for a woman and her makeup in the bathroom - at all!!

Beds were comfortable. Bathroom lovely and clean. Breakfast had lots of choice. Staff were friendly. Location was very convenient to shopping, trams, trains etc. Would stay again!

Loved the central location. Lobby/bar area was nicely combined. Room was clean and well appointed. Staff were great. We were disappointed that we had a small window that looked into a blank wall of a building 10’ away. We would have appreciated being advised of this and given the opportunity for an upgrade to a room with daylight and any kind of view.
