The bedrooms feature, (1) Master bedroom overlooking the Indian River with 1 king bed and on suite batroom, (2) Queen bedroom w/ Queen bed overlooking the Indian River and shared bathroom and (3) 2 full/queen beds with a side view of the Indian River, ensuring a comfortable stay for all guests. Sleeps 8 With amenities like a washer/dryer, AC/Heat, WiFi, large screen TV's in every room, 100ft dock to park your boat or jump in the river for a swim. enjoy the Dolphins playing from the screened in patio. You'll have everything you need for a convenient and enjoyable vacation. The Master bathroom offers both a shower and a bathtub, down stairs bathroom is a full bathroom. Upstairs with the 2 bedrooms offers a full bath and shower. Loft overlooking the river is a great place to relax and watch the river or sunrise that includesa fuseball table. Enjoy all that Melbourne has to offer when you stay at my place! Great local Restaurants, such as Marker 99, Pineda Inn, Grills, River rocks, Chart House, The Manison, Icabods or Crush IX.
