We were greatly disappointed as the was the one stop that we paid slightly more than our budget and went slightly out of way just for the laundry. It was also the only night we had booked for laundry during our whole trip and we could only bring a backpack.

"A magical place. Difficult to reach by car from Zurich . Transportation from Ferry and train to Intervale would be easier. Sleeping with the sound of waterfalls is unforgettable!"

" Very nice property in a beautiful part of Switzerland. Friendly staff and lots of areas to walk and enjoy the scenery. Great breakfast options and lots of options for restaurants in addition to the one onsite. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would definitely book again."
"The staff is incredibly welcoming, friendly, and professional. The hotel is located in a scenic town with a lot of history. However, the room was terrible. The smallest i’ve ever stayed at. There’s no air conditioning, and even though we were still in May, the room was quite warm and « stuffy » to a point where we were sweating profusely. There’s a fan in the room, but it makes a lot of noise when turned on and you can’t sleep. There are two windows but you have to keep them closed because that area is full of insects. Lastly, breakfast was mid, no variety. Overall, the stay was a 4/10 only made better by the lovely staff working there. "
