"Very warm welcome feom the hotels reception staff member, nomlift bit its just a one floor then it should not be a problem, car park by the hotel is great, just mind that if you come out after 8 pm then ise your room key to open the main entrance,i was not told and luckily i guessed. "The location is excellent — all within walking distance to the train, downtown shops and restaurants. The staff went above and beyond to be helpful. The downside was in the suite we had limited showering privacy, no temperature control in the room (rectified by staff providing a portable heater). The suite we were in had high walls, cement ceiling, and no softness to absorb sounds from other guests. A gentleman in one of the rooms either above, below or beside was on a telephone call that lasted until 2:00 am — he was using a normal tone of voice, but we could hear him. The front desk response in the morning was that we should have called down to them (hindsight); but, we actually didn’t know where to say the voice was coming from. Otherwise our 6 night stay was good to excellent."
