Mr Ram who was our tour guide for the Jungle Safari and Jungle walk was very knowledgeable and made every effort to make the tour experience fantastic. Very helpful staff and great location for the central area

The staff at this hotel were EXCELLENT. I felt very welcome at all times. I’m the location and services were ideal for enjoying the national park, and the in-house restaurant was very very good

All staff are so friendly and good service, I love them sm!! Definitely I will come back again

Our hotel manager, Tika, was extremely helpful. We were in Sauraha for a conference and he was able to accommodate a colleague of ours at short notice. Hotel arranged a walking tour of Chitwan NP and it was a great experience. Breakfast was provided (eggs, toast, fruit/veg) and staff were attentive. Showers had hot water, fans and mosquito nets. Area is a great location to see a Rhino early morning/late at night!
