"This is a fantastic chalet for a medium sized group. We stayed for a week and thoroughly enjoyed it. Lovely views of the town and mountain, just 4 mins walk into village Centre but quiet and separate from town noise. There is a grocery store very close and everything you need in the house. Comfortable beds, good light, large fireplace and all tech needs met. Only one proper stand up shower but the baths were good too! Franck is the best host and was always available and super super helpful. "

"Séjour idéal à deux pas du télécabine du Chamois pour aller sur les pistes de ski. Appartement suffisamment grand pour loger une famille de 6 (voire 8). Il y a des salles d'eau ou SDB en nombre, ce qui est appréciable. La cuisine est bien équipée. Le check out est théoriquement à 10h mais le propriétaire nous a accordé la possibilité de rester jusqu'en début d'après-midi car il n'y avait pas d'autre locataire derrière, nous l'en remercions car cela nous a donné de la souplesse pour le départ. "We arrived at 730am and requested if we can check in earlier. We were told a code will be sent to my email by 4pm but it never came. So we went back to the front desk and informed them. A very rude receptionist told my husband, it’s sent by their system and just wait. We have waited for almost 8hrs already and this is totally unacceptable. To our disgust, we left and I reported to Expedia right away. Now the hotel is claiming code was sent. Again we never received it! We are demanding a refund."

"Great service and nice staff. Was offered a free upgrade due to my mother possibly having difficulty with ladders and stairs. Convenient location next to the bus station and center of Megeve. Breakfast also had a nice selection of high quality pastries and the staff were kind. The only thing I would improve on is having a kettle in the room and better amenities in the bathroom."

"Amazing stag at Les Monts d'Arbois. Service was great especially the shuttles to go the nearby ski lift or city center. The swimming pool is beautiful and great after a ski session. The hotel is very kid friendly and they loved the kids club room. The room (suite Edmond) is large and nicely decorates with a modern twist on the chalet style."
