"The hotel had the look of a 5 star but felt like a 3 star. 1. For a 5 star hotel and the amount paid, I was shocked to find out that bottled water wasn't even complimentary - I've stayed in many hotels (3* - 5*) and bottled water has always been complimentary. 2. Again, for a 5 star hotel, there was no iron available in the room. Had to make a call and use a shared one. 3. We were 2 guests in one room yet the amenities were for 1 guest only. Again, never come across this in any other hotel I've stayed at over the years. 4. They don't put out UHT milk in the rooms, only coffee creamer. Had to ask the bar for milk, was an inconvenience. 5."

"The staffs were friendly and accommodating. The room was kinda small, but it got the job done and was clean and well maintained. There is a pool too that I didn't get to use but looked nice and clean. Wifi worked well. From the main road it's a little bit downhill thru an uneven street. So, that could be something to keep in mind."

"A very good experience—I recommend this hotel. The breakfast is good, though options are limited, and the view is incredible. The staff at the front desk were very attentive to everything we needed. My only recommendation is to avoid staying in the standard rooms, as they are very small."
