  • Boasting a beautiful view of Lake Constance, the holiday apartment Ferienwohnung Auszeit is located in Meersburg. The 28 m² property consists of a living room, a kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi as well as a TV. This vacation rental features a private balcony for your evening relaxation.

    Our house, located on a south-facing slope next to a vineyard with views of the lake and the Alps, is just a few minutes’ walk from the historic old town. Three parking spaces are available on the property. Pets, smoking, and events are not allowed. The accommodation offers a storage room for motorcycles and bicycles. There are guidelines for proper waste separation, which you will be informed about on site. After booking, you will receive a contact form, which you are kindly asked to fill out completely and provide your address. This will ensure your stay is optimally prepared. Please note: From 2026, a new, higher tourist tax will apply, charged per person and night.
