This bright and cozy apartment on the ground floor is ideal for families of 3 or 4 people.
A furnished cozy double bedroom and a sleeping-living room with single bed and sofa bed. Added to this is a fully equipped kitchen and dining area and a bathroom, satellite TV and free internet WiFi reception. The apartment is on the ground floor with covered terrace and garden views. Living area about 48 m², parking options available. Central heating, kitchen utensils and cups and tableware according to the number of guests. Coffee and BBQ barbecue facilities also available (washing machine, hair dryer, and iron available upon request.) The apartment is cleaned out of course before and after each check-in /.

Villám nyaralás

4 éjszakára foglaltunk. Saját ellátásra tökéletesen felszerelt a konyha, klíma van, közel a tengerpart, nagyon kedvező, forgalomtól mentes csendes utcában a szállás. Ragyogó tisztaság fogadott minket. A "nappaliban" van egy 1 személyes ágy illetve egy kihajtható kanapé, a kis szobában pedig egy francia ágy.

Herzlichen Dank !!!

Wir durften vom 12.07.-24.07.2011 hier Urlaub machen und wurden sehr herzlich von Vesna und Donato empfangen. In unserer Ferienwohnung, die der Beschreibung vollkommen entsprach, war alles tip top in Ordnung, sehr sauber, auf´s neuste und wirklich sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Das ganze Haus und der Garten gelten der ganzen Aufmerksamkeit der Famielie und spiegelt Ihre Liebe zu Pflanzen und Tieren wieder. Im wunderschön angelegten Garten ein Teich mit Kois und ein großes Terrain für die Schildkröten, Vesna´s Lieblinge. Auf der Terasse vor dem Haus haben wir viele schöne Abendstunden verbracht. Gerne erinnern wir uns an den gemeinsamen Abend mit Vesna und Donato und der kleinen Enkeltochter - viele Grüße! Das Haus liegt nur wenige Minuten vom Strand in Banjole - zu Fuß ca. 10min. Die Strände auf Kamenjak, nur ca. 15 min mit Auto enfernt, sind einzigartig und laden zum baden und erholen ein. Lebensmittel und alles Nötige im nahen Einkaufsmarkt. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge ins nahe Pula, Medulin oder Rovinj. Wir haben von Pula eine Schifffahrt nach Venedig unternommen - sehr empfehlenswert. Zusammenfassend eine der schönsten Ferien, die wir als Familie hatten. Liebe Vesna, lieber Donato nochmals vielen herzlichen Dank.

Absolut empfehlenswert!!

Wir waren vom 28.08. - 04.09.2010 hier (Appartment A3) und total begeistert! Das Anwesen ist top gepflegt, die Appartments in einem absolut sauberen und neuwertigen Zustand und sind zweckmäßig sehr gut ausgestattet(durften einen Blick in die anderen Appartments werfen, top!). Wir wurden von Vesna und Donato sehr herzlich aufgenommen und waren von deren Gastfreundschaft und Hilfsbereitschaft begeistert! Abgerundet wurde das Ganze durch deren "Mitbewohner" Freddie(Hund), Debbie(Katze) und Vesna´s Lieblinge, ihre ca. 17 Schildkröten, sowie Donato´s Koi´s. Zum Baden fuhren wir ins nahe gelegene, wunderschöne Naturschutzgebiet Kamenjak (ca. 15 Minuten, ), in Banjole selbst ist auch ein Badestrand vorhanden, jedoch waren wir dort nie. Die Strassen dort sind abenteuerlich, aber wer damit leben kann(wir konnten es!), der erlebt hier Natur und Entspannung pur!Gebühr pro Auto 20 Kuna. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind vorhanden( 2 gut sortierte Supermärkte in der Nähe). In Banjole selbst gibt es diverse Lokale, wir waren einmal im Teza(gut) und die restliche Zeit im ca. 15 min entfernten Medulin im Adriatik (direkt an der Hauptstrasse)zum Essen(sehr gut)! Auch als Ausgangspunkt für Tagesausflüge (Rovinj, Pula(Amphitheater), etc.) sehr gut geeignet. Nochmals herzlichen Dank an Familie Monte und bestimmt bis zum nächsten Mal!
