Our largest apartment B is on the second floor. It is a very large apartment. It is great for 4 people. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, living room with adjoining balcony with fantastic sea views and a kitchen. One of the two bedrooms has Airco (optional 4 euros per day) and has a balcony with a view of the sea.

Banjole
A small fishing town, located on the fragrant, green peninsula, where the chirping of the crickets can be heard everywhere, has been an ideal place to live and relax for thousands of years. People lived here in prehistoric times, but its true beauty was discovered by the ancient Romans, who built their villas and thermal baths here, and thus emphasized its peculiarity by calling the town Balneolum minus.

The ancient knowledge of the Romans about the benefits of the clear sea here and the fragrant, fertile earth was developed today to an exceptional quality of life. The natural beauties, numerous bays, the clear sea and the fragrant pine forests are a source of countless pleasures and perfect relaxation. The underwater world of this region is known for the impressive passages and colorful reefs that leave the diver breathless as numerous, colorful sea creatures pass by.

Von wegen modern

Das beworbene Appartement war alles andere als modern. Alte Möbel, verzogen, kaputt, fleckig, Bilder an den Wänden die bald auseinander fallen, ein kaputter Mülleimer, der auch bei Aufforderung nicht getauscht wurde. Auf dem kleineren Balkon steht ein alter kaputter Stuhl.Es hiess nur wir sollen uns nicht draufsetzen. Kann man den nicht mal in Müll stellen? Auch das Rollo war kaputt. Wir haben drauf hingewiesen, aber der Vermieter schob es auf die Vormieter. Und repariert wurde es nicht. In der Küche war fast nichts da. Auch gab es kein Spüli oder Seife im Bad. Der Einzige Raum in dem nichts kaputt war, war das Schlafzimmer ohne Balkon. Die Klimaanlage war ok . Die muss man übrigens extra bezahlen. Ebenso WLAN, das fast nie vorhanden war. Für drei Appartements standen zwei Liegen zur Verfügung. Es waren auch noch Lounchmöbel da, wovon das eine immer vom Vermieter besetzt war. Das Pool war toll auch der Aussenbereich. Wir waren mit Hund da, der durfte überall hin, auch an das Pool. Der Vermieter ist nett, aber wer so ein abgenutztes Appartement für 150 Euro vermietet, das ist unseriös. Wir waren schon mehrmals in Istrien, aber so eine runtergekommene und magere Ausstattung hatten wir noch nie. Im Gegenteil. Wir können aus unserer Sicht auf keinen Fall das obere Appartement empfehlen. Reine Abzocke. Was positives zum Schluss: der Ausblick vom Balkon war mega und die Entfernung zum Wasser 3 Minuten. Sehr hundefreundlicher Ort. Empfehlenswert ist die Bunkerbar am Centiniero

Wucherpreis für in die Jahre gekommene Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist in einem schlechten Zustand. Für 219.- € die Nacht für 2 Personen erwarten wir schon ein bisschen mehr. Wenigstens Sauberkeit und das, was einem versprochen wurde. Schimmel im Bad und es hat übel gerochen. Sie sind dann zwar zum Putzen gekommen, aber wenn Schimmel drin sitzt, dann ist er halt da.Kaputte Kleiderschränke. Ganz schlechter WLAN empfang, wenn überhaupt, keine Waschmaschine, kein Grill, fast kein Inventar in der verklebten alten Küche, verdrecktes Sofa etc. Ganz ehrlich FeWo sollte seine Anbieter öfters überprüfen, ob da noch das Preis / Leistung stimmt. AF

Kassieren und nichts investieren

Wir waren beim Betreten geschockt. Die Wohnung war in einem sehr schlechten Zustand. Alles musste von uns gekauft werden...nicht einmal der Kühlschrank war eingesteckt. Der Vermieter meinte die Größe und die Nähe zum Strand würde das Geld rechtfertigen. Als ich ihm sagte was wir für dieses Geld in anderen Ländern (auch in Deutschland bekommen) wurde er laut. Neuer again.

Schöner Urlaub 😉👌

Wenn man eine schönen Strand erleben/ sehen möchte wird ein Auto benötigt. Unterkunft war ok, 4 Personen ein Hund. Pool war super, immer sauber und sehr angenehm. Gerne wieder👌👍 Vermieter immer vor Ort und sehr hilfsbereit

Schöner Urlaub

Der Vermieter hat uns nett empfangen und war sehr hilfsbereit. Die Ferienwohnung war wie im Inserat beschrieben und ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Der Pool und der Whirlpool waren sauber. Insgesamt haben wir zwei schöne Wochen verbracht. Vielen Dank an Dalibor und Rado!

Urlaub bei Dalibor

Zuerst die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war nicht beeindruckend, da wir nicht einmal eine offizielle Buchungsbestättigung bekommen haben. Zum Objekt: Die Lage ist grossartig, absolut ruhig in der Nacht, Die Ausstattung war für uns in Ordnung, der Pool und der Whirlpool hatten sauberes Wasser, Dalibor ist ein super gastfreundlich, für eventuelle Probleme wird sofort ein Lösungsvorschlag bereitgestellt. Für einen ruhigen Urlaub kann man dieses Objekt nur empfehlen. Wir werden Dalibor sicher wiedersehen

Eine nette Wohnung mit Pool und Whirlpool vor allem mit Kindern eine schöne Sache. Nah am Hafenstrand gelegen, kurze Wege zu Restaurants, anderen Stränden und Lebensmittelläden, aber kein Touristentrubel! Dafür nette andere Hausgäste. Der Vermieter war sehr nett, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Alles in allem ein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Vielen Dank!

Nice Villa and well maintainded

We have really enjoyed our stay in the villa-appartment. The place was exceptional clean and very spacious. The beach is near (2 min walking distance) and the pool and jacuzzi are very well maintained. The owner is very helpfull and nice. We have already booked for next year.. Do videnja!!!
