Outdoor shower, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, sauna, hot tub, air conditioning, washing machine. Parking (for 3 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 1.5 km, supermarket 2 km, restaurant 500 m, bus stop 800 m, sandy beach "Bijeca" 2 km pebble beach 1.5 km, rocky beach 1.5 km, public bathing area 1.5 km.
