  • This apartment house is located in the immediate vicinity of the marina in Volme. A beautiful natural bathing beach is located next to the marina.
    For sportive guests, there are mountain bike tours or a hike on the nearby Kreuzweg. Recommended destinations are the Brijuni National Park and the Safari Park.
    Pula, the largest city in Istria, is known for its historical buildings. For example, the amphitheater, the triumphal arch of the Sergius family and the Augustus temple. It is also worth to visit the Natural Park Cape Kamenjak with unique natural beaches and genuine dinosaur tracks at the southernmost point of the Istrian peninsula.
    Here you can discover hidden baths at the foot of the cliffs, which invite you to dream and relax.
    For bathing in the sea, we strongly recommend bathing shoes, these are inexpensively available in the resort in all colors and sizes.
    A day trip to the lagoon city of Venice by ferry can be booked in the nearby Rovinji.

Schöne Zeit, kein Luxus

Wir haben uns zwar sehr wohl gefühlt, aber trotzdem gibt es einige Eckpunkte, die für uns die Aussage "Luxus Appartements" in Frage stellen. Abgesehen vom Pool und dem Aufzug konnten wir keine weiteren Luxusinhalte finden. Das Mobiliar sah optisch hübsch aus, aber taugte in Benutzung nicht so viel. Einige für uns festgestellte Mängel, die dem Inserat und den Bilder nicht entsprachen: Fernbedienung defekt, Schranktüren fielen beim Öffnen ab, kein Frost vorhanden, kein Föhn vorhanden, für 14 Tage nur 1 Set Handtücher pro Person, nur eine Rolle Toilettenpapier, Geschirr mangelhaft ausgestattet, Stühle sehr unbequem, kein Sonnenschutz auf dem Balkon südwest Seite, kein Reinigungsmaterial (Besen o.ä.), kein Wäscheständer, schlechtes WLAN. Die Einführung von einem freundlichen deutschsprachigen Mann über die Möglichkeiten in der Gegend zu Essen oder Aktivitäten nachzugehen, war sehr schön. Die Umgebung bot für jeden etwas - ob für Familien mit Kindern oder in unserem Fall als Ruhe suchendes Paar. Viel oder wenig Aktivitäten, Strandurlaub, Essen gehen oder auch der Weg in die Stadt Pula waren teilweise fußläufig oder nur wenige Kilometer mit dem Auto zu erreichen.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Bei Fragen oder Problemen hat uns Igor gerne geholfen. Die Wohnung war sauber und modern eingerichtet. In der Küche gab es leider zu wenig Zubehör (Scharfe Messer, Schere, Koch Utensilien, Schüsseln) je nachdem wie viel man selbst kochen möchte muss man sich Sachen mitbringen. Können es aber nur weiterempfehlen!! Wir würden jeder Zeit wieder kommen.

Einfach klasse!

Die Wohnung war super, sehr sauber und praktisch eingerichtet. Das Haus hat insgesamt mehrere Wohnungen, einen schönen Pool zum Abkühlen. Fußläufig sind Badestrände und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, sowie Restaurants erreichbar. Mit dem PKW ist man in wenigen Minuten auch in Pula oder Medulin. Auch noch ein Lob an Igor, der sich um uns gekümmert hat, tolle Tipps von ihm für den Aufenthalt. Gerne wieder.

Es war ein perfekter Urlaub in Kroatien. Die Wohnung und das Haus an sich waren super sauber, die Wohnung war mit allem ausgestattet was man sich wünscht. Am Pool sind Liegen bereitgestellt worden. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl und würden immer wieder kommen. Das Haus war sehr hellhörig, was uns persönlich aber nicht gestört hat. Der Vermieten war sehr nett. Immer wieder gerne :) !!

Perfekter Urlaub in Kroatien

Es war ein perfekter Urlaub in Kroatien. Das Appartement ist schön eingerichtet, alles was man benötigt ist vorhanden. Klimaanlage funktioniert einwandfrei. Wir hatten eine Erdgeschoss Wohnung mit Terrasse. Das Auto stand in der Tiefgarage. Am Pool sind Liegen bereit gestellt worden. Vor Ort wurden wir sehr nett von einem deutsch sprechenden Mann empfangen, der uns auch tolle Reisetipps gegeben hat. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl und würden jederzeit wieder das Appartement buchen. Der Steinstrand ist mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen und nicht weit entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe. Kleine Kritik, das Haus ist ein bisschen hellhörig.

Blitzsaubere und neue Anlage in perfekter Umgebung

Wir buchten einen Tag vor der Abreise. Alles war völlig überbucht und wir wollten einfach nur weg. Daher kamen wir auf die Anlage, die zwar etwas teurer ist als das was wir sonst ausgeben, sie hatte aber einen Pool und war neu. Dennoch hatten wir keine große Erwartungen. Das Haus ist als Investitionsobjekt zum Eigentumserwerb gedacht. Wurde dieses Jahr fertig. Die unteren Wohnungen werden nun bis auf weiteres als Ferienwohnungen angeboten, bis das Eigentum entsprechend geregelt ist. Sie sind alle ähnlich eingerichtet mit angepassten stylischer Interieur und hervorragenden sanitären Anlagen. Die Klima Anlage funktioniert perfekt, TV mit direkter Kabel/Satelliten Anbindung. Kein lästiges verwenden eines Receivers. Schönes großes Bett mit angenehmer Matratze. Die beste aller unserer Ferienwohnungen die wir jemals hatten. Genug Platz für Kleider in separaten Zimmer. Kleine Terrasse. Hinten raus geht die Sicht gegen die Hauswand des benachbarten Hauses. Vorne raus zum Pool Richtung Bucht. Der Pool ist super. Gepflegt, nette Größe. Macht Spaß. Die Küche müsste noch ein wenig mehr ausgestattet werden. Andreas, der sich jeder Kritik gerne annimmt kümmert sich aber um alles. Die Lage ist perfekt zwischen Dutzenden an Stränden. Hier ist für jeden etwas dabei. Sehr ruhig und friedlich. Wer action will fährt nach Medulin in 10 Minuten. Genau so lange ist es nach Pula. Insgesamt einer der besten Urlaube die wir je hatten. Einen besonderen Dank an Andreas der sehr nett war.
