walking distance to town, beaches and the park, plenty of space and utilities for families and clean and tidy. We had a great stay and no issues, plus the manager lived downstairs and was very helpful for the various questions we had

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in Premantura, die Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort ist sehr bemüht und hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft ist Haustierfreundlich. Das Haus liegt an der Hauptstraße, von daher ist es relativ laut, das sollte man wissen. Das Objekt ist ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen, Couch Betten sind durchgelegen. Matratzen gehören dringend ausgetauscht, unter den Bezügen sind sie sehr fleckig. Klobrille, Duschvorrichtung u. Papierhalter sind locker. Schubladen u. Schranktüren teilweise defekt. Die Küche ist viel kleiner als auf den Bildern u. liegt unmittelbar hinter der Treppe. Wirklich Platz ist nur wenig. Der Grill in der Beschreibung ist nicht mehr vorhanden. Auf dem Balkon kann man erst abends sitzen, da hier kein Sonnenschutz vorhanden ist und es tagsüber zu heiß ist. Der Balkon ist viel schmaler als auf den Bildern. Es war nicht möglich hier zu viert zu essen. Die Klimaanlage in den oberen Schlafzimmern ist unbrauchbar. Die Rollläden hängen immer wieder fest, so dass man nachhelfen muss. Die Kaffeemaschine war defekt, wurde aber sofort ausgetauscht. Insgesamt ist das Appartement sehr zugestellt, was es wenig wohnlich macht. Im oberen Schlafzimmer sind mehrere Betten im hinteren Bereich abgestellt u. nur eine Stange als Kleiderschrank. Direkt im Eingangsbereich steht ein Kinderbett mit einem Bügelbrett drinnen u. ein Hochstuhl. Vielleicht könnte man das anderweitig verwahren. Fotos habe ich leider nicht gemacht, nur ein Video. Preis, Leistung stimmt hier leider nicht.

super Lage
wir hatten einen sehr schönen und entspannten Aufenthalt. Check-in und Kommunkation hat super funktioniert. Die Lage ist super und es war alles sauber. Der einzige Minuspunkt war, dass es in den oberen zwei Schlafzimmern keine Klimaanlage gab.
