A sofa bed in the living area provides additional sleeping space.



The open kitchen is fully equipped with an electric cooker, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee machine, kettle and all necessary cooking utensils. The adjacent dining area invites shared meals and offers direct access to the spacious terrace. This partially covered terrace features sun loungers, a dining table for five people, an awning and direct access to the garden, ideal for sunny afternoons or relaxed evenings outdoors.



Pets are welcome, and a parking space is available directly at the house. For boat owners, a boat mooring can be rented just 100 metres away. The house is located in a quiet residential area, only about two minutes' walk from the sea and about ten minutes' walk from Cetinera beach. Restaurants, cafés and supermarkets can be easily reached on foot.
