"I booked a room with a balcony I didn't get. The bed mattress gave me severe back pain. The mattress is unbearable hard.
No one speaks English.
Smell of sewage throughout.
Dirty pool area.
No English TV channels.

Didn't order food. As wasn't sure who was cooking or if they were a chef. No shelves in bathroom to put anything.

"Very new hotel with a fair buffet breakfast included. A few minutes walk to an area of public beach with a toilet and a shower. Everything very clean. I was disappointed as it said ‘beach cabanas’ when booking which they do not have, however this was a big factor when choosing this hotel. The staff were nice and got us an umbrella and beach towels"
