SOL apartment is bright, pleasant and comfortable- a feel good place. Located in the old town of Medina Sidonia. It offers a private roof terrace with spectacular views, two spacious bedrooms with double beds and a living room with dining area and kitchenette.
Even the bathroom has beautiful views.

Upstairs, next to the access to the roof top terrace, you find a cozy armchair to read and a small desk. The large, private roof top terrace is equipped with sofa and armchairs, with fantastic views.
SOL apartment is located on the second floor of a building. Upon entering you find on your right a very bright bedroom with two windows that overlook Álamo street. The bedroom offers a 150cm double bed, a chest of drawers and a small wardrobe. Blinds let you darken the bedroom.
Entering straight ahead is the second bedroom, also with a double bed. It is bright and has a window that overlooks Álamo street. The bedroom has a 160cm double bed, a chest of drawers and a small wardrobe. There is a blind to darken the bedroom completely.
Going up 3 steps you reach a corridor. Here you find a wardrobe and a huge mirror. From that room you enter the bathroom, the living room / dining room / kitchen and there is the staircase to go up to the roof terrace.
The living room is very comfortable and bright. It has a three-seater sofa and an armchair. There is a flat TV, at the moment it is only connected to the internet, to watch Netflix and internet things.
Living room and dining room with open kitchen are connected. In the kitchen you find ceramic hobs, an oven and a microwave. The water heated with gas.
There are beautiful views to La Janda Valley from the dining room.
In the dining room you find a huge solid wood table with 6 chairs.
The bathroom offers a shower and a sink and also very nice views of La Janda.
Going up the stairs you will enter a small room where there is a hanging chair - super comfortable to sit and read and a small desk. Here you go out to the private roof terrace.
The roof terrace offers spectacular views of both the Janda and the sea as well as the old town of Medina.
There is a sofa and two armchairs on the roof terrace.
There are bedding and towels in the apartment.
SOL apartment is rented for short stays (from 5 nights) or long. For stays of 3 months or more, ask for prices.

SOL Apartment is an entire apartment. In the building there are 5 flats. 2 on the ground floor, 2 on the first floor and the SOL apartment on the second floor with a private roof terrace.

Medina Sidonia is a very nice town and very well located to have a base and from there start excursions to Cádiz, Jerez, Seville, Tarifa and the beaches. Apartment SOL is located right next to the Calzada Romana (important tourist spot) and in front of the Arco de la Pastora. At the foot of the Arch is the restaurant "Show de Tapas" - we can recommend it both for the delicious food and for the super friendly service.
There are two public car parks nearby, we can send you the location. The Street is a dead end street, you can park for a moment to unload your luggage.
