"I’ll start with the good. The location is great and the staff with the exception of the general manager is very kind and eager, going out of their way to be helpful! The general manager put us off from the start. He really wanted to control every aspect of our stay in the city and was very critical of us for booking restaurants and tours on our own . In fact, one tour company that we used said they had many problems with our Riad not sending the guests on the tours they had pre- booked with...

"The Fes medina is a sensory buffet of smells, beautiful craftwork, people and sounds. This homestay (Expedia should not really classify it as a hotel) was an authentic medina experience and made us feel like residents of the old town during our 3-night stay. The staff, which consisted of four teen boys, was very hospitable, walking us through the winding maze of alleys when we needed guiding. "The Riad was clean, warm and welcoming. In the old madina District via small alleys. The staff were courteous,respectful and could not do enough for you. Reduane was extremely accommodating. Even walked us to a nearby restaurant we struggled to find on google maps (you have to knock a closed unsigned door to gain aceess) . Nothing was a chore and he was an absolute gentleman throughout our stay5 🌟 treatment. Thank you once again for being amazing."

"Please stay away from this property. Horrible staff. He refused to pick us from taxi stand. Whole property was empty. At night the care taker left the property and AC staff working. We called the main number and no body picked up the phone. Tried to find someone and there was no one else. Front door was locked and we could not go out also. Bathroom was smelling and fixture were all loose. We left the property first thing in the morning and booked another hotel. Lost the money but we have to run...
