" I recently stayed at the Lockport Suites for my son's birthday, and it was an amazing experience! The spacious accommodations were perfect for our family, providing plenty of room to relax and enjoy our time together. The front desk staff were fantastic—friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist with any requests we had. We especially appreciated the house staff, who were incredibly helpful and attentive, ensuring our stay was comfortable. My son, who is non-verbal and autistic, had a wonderful time at the pool and loved the extra-large hot tub. It was a highlight of his birthday! The only minor drawback was our room's location near the ice machine, which was a bit noisy at times. I would recommend choosing a room away from that area for a quieter and visually appealing experience. Overall, we had a great stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel ."

"We enjoyed our stay at Hart House —our second— after a hot day riding the canal path. The room, Unit 3, was welcoming and small but cozy with excellent air conditioning and a spacious and clean shower with wonderful amenities. A very short walk to Medina’s best dining. Comfy bed, we slept great. We enjoy staying here after our annual trek home from the Shaw Festival. There is a little street noise but it quieted after 10 pm which was fine. Love that the in-room coffee is an excellent quality."
