This hotel is a good option for a reasonable price. The room was clean. It’s definitely walkable, (which includes crossing a main road with no signal). The staff was courteous. Crockery could really use some upgrade. Bowl handles were broken, and plates were chipped. Breakfast options were very limited compared to other hotels.

A mistake was happen when arrived by giving my room to someone else and had to wait for 45 mins to fix that. But the rep was very nice guy, tried to help but had to wait for very long time that was not my fault. I feel I should have given another room and fix their mistake later not have to wait for them to fix their mistake. Second issue is the property needs some maintenance, the shower room door was broken and the water was coming out the shower, carpet had a lot of stains.

We had a great experience staying at Zaha Al Munawara. The front receptionist yajeed was very helpful and friendly. The hot breakfast was good. And the bed was extra comfortable.

This was a very good hotel, great room, lots of space and very good bathroom and shower. There was a very good free breakfast. This hotel was very helpful and accommodating. Definitely would recommend staying here! Would stay here again as well next time i return to Medinah!

Amazing hotel and great customer service! The hotel is about a 15 min walk to the prophets mosque which was very convenient and easy. No need for an uber/taxi. The reception was very welcoming and offered us amazing customer service throughout our stay. Very clean rooms and located in a nice and quiet area. I would definitely stay here again!

Nice decent property walking distance to Masjid Al Nawabi. They have 02 properties very close to each other. Great staff at front desk and breakfast area. Not the most ideal location but decent. I would stay here again as for price / comfort a bit pricy. As first time now have a better idea of hotels near by !

Only gave this property 3 stars as the walk was too much for my elderly mother to do 5x a day. I am usually a fast walker and probably could have done it in about 10 minutes, but it was quite difficult for her who took about 20 minutes each way. Asides from that, everything else was great. Clean room, and bathroom. Good buffet, good staff. Got my deposit back promptly. Would definitely stay again if I came with a different crowd for sure :). Thanks so much!

Worst Ever Experience

Terrible Hotel. Not recommended because of this main reason. Rooms are very foul smelling, When went inside after been given a room, there was smell from the toilet in the whole room. When asked to change the room , the receptionist replied that hotel is full . We can’t do anything, go out of hotel or ask the booking company from which you have booked the hotel , we are not responsible for that ??? Worst response ever from any hotel receptionist. Then requested again, as we don’t have the option because at the last minute it’s very difficult to book any other room. Then he given us another room but without the refrigerator. Other bad things are 1. Poor location 2. Poor service 3. No room keeping service 4. Kettle not working 5. Breakfast was okay.

There was no hot water, and the toilet needed an upgrade. The breakfast buffe was nothing special. Comfortable bed, 10 min walk to Masjid Nabwi. Pharmacy at the Hotel. Many local shops in the area.

Clean, comfortable with a good location and value

Located about a 20 minute walk from the Prophet's Mosque, this was a very good location for us. The hotel is modern, had great AC, and we had a reasonably spacious room with a clean, modern bathroom. Breakfast was generous, with daily specials including a wide variety of food - catering to multiple nationalities. There was also a small fridge and coffeepot in the room. The front desk attendants were helpful when we wanted to arrange a driver to take us around the city to see the sights and when we wished to extend our stay one day. The area around the hotel also had multiple South Asian food stalls making fresh tandoori naan and other specialties. There was a small grocery for fruit, water, and other basic needs. Also there was a date and nut store selling a wide variety of locally produced dates at a reasonable cost. Really made the location even more desirable with all of these shops so close.
