Large One Bedroom Downstairs - with laundry

Modern meets vintage downstairs apartment. This apartment has been recently updated but still has that “old home” feel. Built in the 1800’s. Lots of natural light with a great workspace, full kitchen, bath with rain shower, washer and dryer and a spacious bedroom. Perfect for longer stays but also for a night away. Private off street parking in the heart of the village of Medina. You are walking distance from downtown unique shops, boutiques and restaurants. It is less than an hour drive to Niagara Falls, Buffalo and Rochester and about 15 minutes from Lake Ontario.

Perfect for What We Needed

We were in Medina for one night to take our kids on the Polar Express ride at the railroad museum down the street from the house. It was a pretty quiet street and convenient for what we needed, which was not much.

Great stay but cleaning cost made it expensive.

We struggle to contact the owner via vrbo app but thos was not their fault. The appartment was great. Clean, spacius. Water in fridge. Coffee machine. Washing machine and dryer. I just feel the day rate plus the clean fee makes a 1 night stay quite expensive.

The house was perfect for us (2 adults & 1 toddler) for a weekend away. It had everything we needed, very clean, and ample parking. Would highly recommend if you’re in the Medina area!

We were wanting a place close to the Erie Canal and it's in walking distance.The kitchen has everything you'll need and the grocery store is less than a mile away.
