I wish I stumbled across this hotel before. I loved every bit, wished I stayed longer. I would definitely come to this hotel again in when I next visit. Very convenient- masjid al nabawi is right at the doorstep and the view from my room I could see the mosque which helped a lot when finding a quiet time to go visit the mosque. Staff were lovely too.

The location was superb. The room a little bit small. Breakfast was great but for staying 9 nights there we are always keep switching the floor to have breakfast. It's so confusing.

Good Value for money + clean

Near gate 25/26 of Prophet Mosque which is the ladies gate, so very convenient families. Rooms are small but then this hotel is usually booked by those who are visiting the mosque, so don’t think that this will bother many. Hotel room was clean and probably newly refurbished. Lots of shops around for shopping and eating. Good value for money!

Just one good thingh, Close to haram.

No room cleaning service untill you remind them if they come they they do unprofessionally Bed size was too short. My feet were out from it (I'm 188cm). Pillow was too firm I hardly used one night in eight night stay. I asked to change the pillow hotel didn't have proper pillow. Matress was too loose when u sit u feel spring/box. Old mattress without protector just one bed sheet on it. At breakfast buffet my wife was collecting some food for me and my three children staff rudely asked where are u taking this plate. Staff does not have manners Guests feel embarrassing.

A disappointing expereince

The only thing about this property is its location as it is nearest to female visiting area for Prophet's Masjid. But this advantage is gone as this property has only three elevators and hence it is difficult to go down and up before and after prayer times. At one time we had to wait up to 15 minutes to go up to the rooms after the prayer. The rooms are small and congested. I requested for a double bed room and I got three beds cramped in the small room leaving very small space to move around the room. No table and chairs were available (there was no space...). The room floor carpet was dirty and needs immediate cleaning. The front office staff is highly untrained and with in-different attitude. It took me 90 minutes to check in \t the middle of the night, first the person was busy in clearing his previous documents, second they did not have the information of my booking in the system, I had to make a phone call to UK call center to reconfirm. Then the hotel staff found the print out of the booking but said it is not paid. I was asked to pay one night charges so that they can settle tomorrow morning when the concerned staff will be in the office. However, after half an hour they called to get the money back as they had found the payment invoice. The bell captain was not available and we carried our baggage to the room. Since the area has guaranteed customers, the hotel staff is not customer focused. Indifferent attitude.

The room wasn't cleaned properly, rubbish on floor stick residue that got onto our sandals and when we showed the cleaners they responded with 'it was from before' which further proved our room wasn't properly cleaned. Had to asked several times to remove the stickyness. Also, when asking for amenities we would have to ring several times. I would not go back

The property offers clean accommodations, although the room allocated with three single beds felt somewhat small for the space. Nevertheless, the housekeeping staff were consistently attentive; requests for cleaning or restocking amenities such as toilet paper were handled promptly and efficiently. The front desk experience was less consistent. While the staff were generally helpful, the overall atmosphere lacked warmth, as most interactions felt formal rather than friendly. For example, I was initially granted a late check-out by one staff member, but on the day of departure another staff member initially denied it until I referred to the earlier approval. It was only after checking the system that the extension was confirmed, though limited to one additional hour. This created some unnecessary inconvenience. Breakfast was an area that could be improved. While there were several options available, the overall quality appeared modest, and the service did not feel welcoming. The cook, in particular, was not approachable and at times seemed disengaged, especially when guests arrived closer to closing time. On several occasions, staff appeared preoccupied with their own conversations rather than guest service, which detracted from the dining experience. In conclusion: Rooms are clean but may feel compact for multiple beds. Housekeeping staff are professional and reliable. Front desk service is efficient but lacks friendliness.
