Great location and a wonderfully helpful team. The welcome was amazing, while they handled our paperwork and room assignments, they offered us tea, juices, and snacks. Such a thoughtful touch, we loved it!

Clean hotel & nice staff with excellent breakfast. Only thing is key card sometimes doesn't work & my room in particular you can hear alot of noise from cars horning & beeping. Close walking distance to Masjid Nabawi. Would stay here again

Great location. Clean hotel. Sumptuous breakfast. You step out of the hotel and you are in the walking precinct to the centre of masjid al Nabawi But beware the hotel charges Saudi Royal 120 per day for parking even when Expedia booking says it’s free

The stay was PERFECT! Super close to Masjid Nabawi. The moment we walked in, Ahmed at check in treated us so nicely and knew exactly who we were. He was super accommodating. The housekeeping staff was very kind and cooperative. The restaurant Manager Omar treated us like royalty. We would stay here for all of our future stays!

It’s my second time at Maden Hotel and I love everything about it — great location and service! At check-in, Abdullah (same name as me!) was super kind and smiling. He even gave us a room with four beds instead of two! Funny part — next day our key didn’t work because we were checked in under someone else’s name, so we had breakfast for free haha. Still, amazing stay and I’ll definitely come back!

I would have given 5 stars just because the staff are incredible, excellent service throughout the hotel, they’re very friendly and accommodating. The only reason I have given 4 stars is because the showers would overflow every time they were used, we had two rooms and both showers were the same.
