"Everything about the hotel and the room were great, except the bed. The mattress was worn out to the point I was touching the box springs. I had to sleep on the other side of the bed to get any support which made for a less restful night. I notified the front desk the next morning that the mattress needed replacing but everything else was great."

Western my card, thinking that she was going to run it for incidentals, but no I ended up getting charged for the room twice. And now I have to wait for you guys to reimburse me for the booking. Other than that the stay was great!"
