The restaurant was terrible, we that breakfast was included. It wasn’t, the menu was terrible and small and the prices were high. The hotel itself was great, hot tub and pool were clean and fun.

The room was not as advertised. Lots of issues. Smelled like smoke, mold, drain in tube didn’t drain so you stand in water while showering, door didn’t shut.

Best Western Downtown Casper Hotel
Breakfast was above average. Hottub was not working. Outdoor area was beat up andvrun down. Room was comfortable. The staff was amazing. Good value for the price.

The place was quiet, and peaceful. Just a couple of miles outside of town, towards the Northeast entrance of RMNP. Front desk customer specialists / staffs were friendly and Welcomed us with warm smile. Laundry lady was very kind and voluntarily washed some special cloths for my daughter. Property is well renovated and located in ideal location, near to safeway and City market.
