Crown molding, beautiful kitchen w/slab granite counters & Stainless Steel appliances, gas fireplace w/slate surround & mantel, hardwood flooring, natural Beech wood cabinetry, 12 ceilings +more. The master suite features a soaking tub, glass-surround shower, double vanity. Lower level has 2 bedrooms, full bath room & exit to covered patio. Guest have access to the full house and yard, except for the garage. There is parking in the drive way for up to 2 cars. This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood and features views of the Rogue Valley hills. Host was quick to get back to me with my questions. The house is beautiful. Floor plan is spacious. Kitchen well stocked. Good lighting throughout house. Front door was extremely difficult to secure from the inside at night. First night it remained unlocked. Host responded to our concern & shared the trick to locking. Tricky to find. Thankfully it was daylight and we figured it out. Tight parking area. Photo was deceiving. Beautiful entry. Quiet neighborhood. Low traffic. Housekeeping came up very short! Kitchen drawers were dirty inside. Ashtray & used cigarette outside on deck. Linens for beds & baths were worn, stained.
