Gorgeous custom built home on a Private Road in very desirable East Medford Hills - Open Floor Plan - Living room & master bedroom opens to a covered deck. Crown molding, beautiful kitchen w/slab granite counters & Stainless Steel appliances, gas fireplace w/slate surround & mantel, hardwood flooring, natural Beech wood cabinetry, 12 ceilings +more. The master suite features a soaking tub, glass-surround shower, double vanity. Lower level has 2 bedrooms, full bath room & exit to covered patio. Guest have access to the full house and yard, except for the garage. There is parking in the drive way for up to 2 cars. This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood and features views of the Rogue Valley hills. It is near RoxyAnn Winery, historic Jacksonville and Ashland are only 20 minutes away, with other nearby cities with many activities. There are 2 medical centers in town which are both a 10 minute drive away. The house is in a beautiful area of East Medford close to many activities including shopping, grocery stores, hospitals, theaters, Including in the Shakespearean theater in Ashland and Mountain Ashland with skying and the Britt festival in Jacksonville. Winter vacation

We had a wonderful stay. The house is spacious, cozy, has everything you need and is in a pleasant neighborhood. It is close to many hiking trails and to the nice towns of Southern Oregon.

Perfect weekend in Medford

Robert and Ida's home was perfect. It was very clean and had all the essentials for our weekend in Medford. I'd definitely recommend staying at this home and would stay again if our travels brought us back to Medford.

Host was quick to get back to me with my questions. The house is beautiful. Floor plan is spacious. Kitchen well stocked. Good lighting throughout house. Front door was extremely difficult to secure from the inside at night. First night it remained unlocked. Host responded to our concern & shared the trick to locking. Tricky to find. Thankfully it was daylight and we figured it out. Tight parking area. Photo was deceiving. Beautiful entry. Quiet neighborhood. Low traffic. Housekeeping came up very short! Kitchen drawers were dirty inside. Ashtray & used cigarette outside on deck. Linens for beds & baths were worn, stained.

We had a great stay. Very comfortable home. Conveniently located near our friends. Pet friendly. We loved the gas fireplace as the weather was stormy one day. Had 1 question and Robert answered promptly. Folks with mobility issues should know that there are 4 steps from the front door up to the main living area. We would stay again.

Great house! Will definitely stay here again. The house was equipped perfectly for a group like us. We ate out in beautiful Ashland, but we all cook too, so the house was perfect for home chefs also. We were barely home because we did see several plays, but while here, we loved it! Caveat for anyone staying here. Definitely a secret to locating the address. I absolutely recommend asking the owner for explicit directions. Coming in, late at night, after driving all the way from So Cal, was rough!
