I checked in only to be told the hotel was closed! It was an unnerving experience to have to find a place to stay that late in the day. I fully expect you to reimburse me the $125.00 I paid to the Comfort Inn. Victoria Pippett

Good thing it's closing anyway
The hotel was very rundown, the hallways were dirty, and my room smelled. The walls were poorly insulated and I could here guests in other rooms throughout the night. I also was informed at checking that even tho I had booked for two nights, only one was being honored because the hotel had been sold that very day and was being closed the next day and I would have to find other lodging.

Over all it was ok considering all the homeless people that are in, out, and around the property.. housekeeping did good but the front desk reps are rude snobby and no helpful at all.

Hmmmm.... The individuals hanging out in the parking lot were a clear indication that I should leave no valuables in the vehicle. Neither of the reading lights on either side of the bed were functional and actually appeared to have been broken. I am wondering if they were broken in order to hide drugs within the body of the lamps. The presence of these people was a huge deterrent for me using the pool as I did not want to be away from my room and have anyone break in. Until COVID restrictions change and homeless are not staying at what used to be decent hotels, I will not be using this chain.

The walls are thin and I could hear the people in the next room. When I checked out I had to correct the clerk she gave me the bill for the wrong room. The bed was very comfortable. I wouldn't stay long term but one night was ok

The entrance and halls smelled like cigarettes smoke. The bedroom smelled like smoke also. Cobwebs on the picture frame and ceiling. The bed comforter has stains that still looked dirty.

We do our best to ensure that smokers do not smoke in our nonsmoking rooms or common areas, both of which results in a bad musty smell; and when a situation like this occurs, we try to address it immediately, thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting to restore the clean smell of our accommodations. Guest satisfaction is top priority at our hotel; for that reason, we truly appreciate your feedback about the guest experience at the hotel. We do not allow smoking in common areas at all and we will be implementing stricter measures in the future. Thank you.

Total crack head motel. Definitely used by the local druggies for a party pad. While my boyfriend was checking in as I sat in the car, there was a drug deal right outside the Denny’s. Checked in, parked and found empty dope bags in the parking lot, no security cameras around, looked in our room and asked for our money back. The front desk clerk was more than happy to refund our money (although we’re fighting with Expedia to get it back) and said she understood our concerns and was leaving the establishment herself... now that’s bad!

This is not like the pictures
This hotel was awful. The room looked nothing like it did online and it was very uncomfortable. The Bath tub had paint chipping in the water and the hair dryer was rusted and you had to hold to switch on the wall to get it to work. Not to mention it had a really unpleasant smell in the rooms and hallways. I would never go there again.

Will never stay here again
This property was completely disappointing. While the room itself appeared to be clean, it felt cold and institutional. The red paint on the walls was straight of a B rated horror film. As soon as I entered the hallway for my room I was overcome with cigarette smell AND marijuana smell. This was a non smoking property with a huge sign at the front counter that marijuana was not allowed. The smell infiltrated my room even. The rooms around were were filled with young people running back and forth rapidly knocking on each other’s door “hurry let me in” until the wee hours of the morning

Average hotel with a high class name
Bedspreads could be washed and fresh. Furniture is very old and dirty. I slept comfortable because the sheets were clean and fresh smelling, but I didn’t dare sit on the bed or furniture. Short overnight stay. TV DID NOT WORK, staff didn’t care. I used my phone as a TV (see photo)

Disappointing experience overall-nobody at front desk when arrived, lots of broken/dirty aspects to property, trash around building and parking lot, inside smells like a big cigarette, room was ok for the night but won’t stay here again. Worst hotel in the world!!!
This was the worst hotel I’ve been to yet, a motel 6 was better then this. It was super dirty, sticky stuff on the floors, dirty towel in the shower, smelled like someone just smoked a cigarette with ashes still on the windowsill, hair in the clean towels, dirty sheets, boogers on the wells. There was tweaker surrounding the building, one of them was just sleeping in the pet zone where I was trying to take my dog. All in all the worst hotel ever!!!

The rooms were ridiculous even after switching rooms . The cleanliness in those rooms were not what should be expected while staying at rooms that are paid for. I woke up to bed bug bites. The room had crap on the walls, bathroom towels, hair dryer, ironing board and much more. Would not go back.

I have two toddlers. It was filthy. I had them come clean the bath room it was gross and smelled like pee. I had the come clean the floors when my kids feet turned black. The pool area was filthy. The beds sucked. Won't ever stay there again.

We have stayed here for many years and will be finding a new place next time. The front desk ladies were very nice but the cleanliness was not so good and the Denny’s was a little scary when we went to dinner. The officer escorting a guy out in handcuffs didn’t help.

I was there for 2 days and when i tried to stay a third night the rude front desk lady told me that my name was on the do not rent list even though i had called down to the office before i came down just to verify i could extend my stay. Then after i paid they told me i couldnt stay another night. Employees were rude as hell. Bathroom smelled so bad of cigarettes.

Disliked: Room comfort
Staff was amazing. Close proximity to food and shopping. Surrounding area was a little scary and Left us with an uneasy feeling all night. We did not feel like we were in the safest situation as a family with 2 small children.

When I arrived, the front desk old lady demanded that I take off my glasses to prove my identity. She was holding my ID AND AMEX credit card. SHE WAS NOT WEARING A MASK. also, the toilet didn’t properly work, and I had to stop the water from running all night.

Medical Trip to support sister.
We had an emergency trip to Medford as my sister was in intensive care in the final stages of ovarian cancer. It was a stressful trip and I chose to stay at the Ramada as I’ve had previous stays at the Ramada in different cities. Checking in was adequate and the hotel personal helpful. At first appearances, the room was fine. I used the “throne” as we had been traveling four hours. That’s when I saw the garbage under the sink. It wasn’t much as it was an empty sleeve from a coffee packet. It was enough to make me wonder, in this time of covid, how thoroughly it was cleaned. The following morning I went to use the wall mounted hair drier and found the curly cord literally tied in knots. It still had the plastic sleeve around it that is there when you install the dryer. We also had sugar ants on the desk. The outside door “F” for entering lock did not work causing us to find an alternative working door. I took pictures which I showed to the desk clerk on check out. Instead on acknowledging the problems she mad excuses, “The garbage must have fallen off the house keepers cart.” The cart normally is parked outside the door. It would have taken a big wind to blow it back in the room, blowing in, left through the bathroom door and then right under the sink.” In regards to the plastic wrapped around the hairdryer cord I was told, “The installers were told to leave it there as it was easier to clean. Acknowledging my concerns would have been a better way to manage

Pool was great. Looks like they are hosting homeless people. Inside garbage cans overflowing , people milling about outside entrance doors all day and cigarette butts everywhere.Wife and I were in vigilance mode.
