"The pillowcase on the pillow was not clean..... TV channels did not work only tv1 and 2. Then it should be clear on hotels.com that it is an unstaffed hotel, and when it says "breakfast included", it should say that a breakfast bag is included! It cost quite a lot for that standard....we stayed at First hotel in Jönköping for 100 SEK more and soooo much more luxurious! We were actually quite disappointed!"

"I had to chase to get access to the building - woman on mobile remotely having conversations with other people. Had flagged my check in details had not come but told me it would come. Basically, they had overbooked the rooms but did not tell us and gave us a single room hoping we would not notice. We did. When I asked for the room we had booked was told it was Expedia's fault, all the rooms are booked and basically spent 3 hours waiting an outcome. Expedia rebooked us to another hotel which was equally awful. Bad experience overall"
