We stayed there for 3 whole weeks and it was really nice. The location is just perfect, the space enough for a family of 4 and the attention and feedback from the front desk just perfect. We will stay there again.

Good location, has small cafe shop with food menus, Felipe checked me in and also spoke English which was helpful. Excellent friendly customer service with good front door security so it’s very safe. Property also provided free parking which was a plus. I would stay there again.

I had a cozy and comfortable low floor one bedroom apartment with a small balcony. Not luxorious but very tidy with a decently supplied kitchen and combined washer dryer unit. Small rooftop pool with jacuzzi and gym and game room. Friendly staff. Tour guide pamphlets. Heathly cafe in lobby with garden terrace seating. Complimentary hot coffee and water in lobby.

It's my fourth time to colombia it's the first time I had a smooth Checking in and checking out They had a nice small kitchen. They have a nice security guard.By the door greeting everybody the only thing is, I ask for 2 beds the reservations they had one regular bed, one sofa bed

Besides having a hand towel that was stained along with the bedding, everything else was phenomenal and I really enjoyed my stay at Soul Lifestyle Apartments, the beautiful view from the patio was definitely a highlight and the location was perfect, only about a 10-minute walk to the center of Provenza with plenty of restaurants, cafés, shopping and nightlife nearby, the strong police presence around the area also gave me an extra sense of security and made me feel very welcome, I did have some concerns about the crack in the bathroom because of the recent earthquake but overall it didn’t take away from the experience, the amenities were excellent with the sauna, cold plunge, hot jacuzzi, warm pool, billiards table and gym being some of my favorites, there were also several other amenities and options available that I didn’t get the chance to experience, overall it’s definitely worth coming back and I would recommend Soul Lifestyle Apartments to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in a great location with beautiful views and excellent amenities.

We had a wonderful stay at Soul Apartments. The staff was very kind and helpfull. We got a nice upgrade when we asked for a better view from the balcony. The rooms very spacious and modern. The property is very clean. Nice neigbourhood and close to restaurants and supermarket . A special thanks to Diego at the front office who went the extra mile for us whenever needed.

My stay at the hotel was excellent from beginning to end. From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The facilities were spotless, modern, and well maintained, which made my visit very comfortable and enjoyable. The room was spacious, clean, and equipped with everything needed to rest after a day exploring the city. The view and the quiet atmosphere were an added bonus. I also want to highlight the breakfast, which was very complete and offered a variety of fresh, local options. The hotel’s location is perfect: safe, central, and with easy access to restaurants, transportation, and several of Medellín’s main attractions. Overall, it was a very positive experience. I would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city

I stayed for 5 days and i had a wonderful experience. The room was updated, clean and confortable. The staff was friendly and proffesional. I asked for garbage bads and they came in within minutes. I asked for an extra blanket and towels and those where also delivered almost immediately. At one point I had trouble ordering food fro delivery and the front desk staff whent above and beyond to help me gwt what I needed even though this was not part of their job description. I felt at home. My family and i where treated with respect and where well taken care of. Thank you. I would return to Soul Liefesyle Apartments.

Hotel located in a quiet neighborhood with grocery store nearby and felt safe to walk around. Room was nice and had everything we needed. Only issue was that the TV’s couldn’t connect to the wifi and therefore didn’t work. Rooftop pool and gym were nice to hang out at.

The property is located in Poblado which is a quiet and upscale neighborhood in Medellín. There is a small shopping center within a five minute walk which has restaurants, barbers, and a Carulla grocery store with a pharmacy. You can take a five minute taxi ride, or it’s a 25 minute walk to the larger Santa Fe Shopping Center which has everything you would need in one location. The property was well maintained, very clean, English speaking staff on site, as well as a small restaurant. The locks on the doors are a cypher lock but there is also a deadbolt which can be locked from the inside of the room. Laundry detergent was provided for the washing machine with a drying rack inside the closet. There is no dishwasher so be prepared to manually wash your dishes. The accommodation was very comfortable and cleaning service are available daily if you request them. There is also a secured parking lot on site if you have a rental car however there are not many spaces available. Overall, I would stay there again and the staff is very friendly, available to answer questions about the area and will take care of any issues which may come up. I had an issue with the television in the living room but it was promptly fixed the next day. The well maintained gym, pool, and jacuzzi are located on the roof. The view of the immediate area is excellent for photos and also a great panoramic photo as well. If you’re looking for apartment style living, this is a quiet place to stay.
