Just 5 minutes to El Tesoro Mall or Parque Lleras.

IMPORTANT: There is traffic in the zone, maybe at some hours could have traffic noise

We are a very friendly people and really love to meet people from all around the world. Like to help our guests to have a unique experience in Medellin.

Our goal is to offer the most pleasent stay. We can make arrangements for relaxing massages. Also help with extreme activities like paragliding, adventure waterfall or going to visit some turist places in town.

Is a very quiet and safe zone, close to El Tesoro Mall, Amsterdam Mall, Parque Lleras, Provenza an exclusive Zone of the city in El Poblado neighborhood with all services you want.

You can find taxi, bus or just walk the area, is very safe and you can find everything close in the neigborhood. Also 10 minutes walking distance El Tesoro Mall, Amsterdam Mall, Parque Lleras or Provenza.

If you need private transportation to or from the airport just let us know to arrange
PROPERTY RULES:

1) Each guest and visitor must be registered and must show his Identity or Passport document at the building`s entrance.
2) EVERY PERSON UNDER 18 YEARS OLD MUST BE WITH THEIR PARENTS OR BRING A NOTARIZED PERMITION.
3)The use of the apartment is only allowed for residential, business or leisure purposes, no meeting or parties of any type are allowed in the apartment.
4) Any damage caused to the apartment or property belongings must be notified to the company that provides the rental service and must be attended and fixed in less than 7 working days.
5) In case of fire, do not use the elevator.
6) It is strictly forbidden to smoke any type of substances in the premises of the building and in the apartment, including cigars and tobacco there is a $50.0 USD fee if you are found smoking inside.
7) It is not allowed to leave any type of articles or items with the security guards in the building.
8) Pets are allowed but you have to be careful.
9) SEXUAL AND DRUG TRAFFICKING IS A CRIME, ANY DRUG ABUSE, MINOR TRAFFICKING OR PEOPLE TRAFICKING WILL BE REPORTED TO THE AUTHORITIES. ACCORDING TO LAW 679 OF 2001, THE ENTRY OF UNDERAGE TO ANY TOURIST ESTABLISHMENT FOR PROSTITUTION OR SEXUAL ABUSE PURPOSES IS STRICTLY FORVIDEN
10) Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
11) Every time you leave the apartment, turn off lights and leave the windows and the entrance door closed.
12) Please do not leave the keys inside the apartment. The door will be locked, preventing it from being opened from the outside. A locksmith brings an extra cost to you. Every additional set of keys has a cost of $25.0 USD.
13)To conserve the environment, we ask you to be responsible for the consumption of water and light.
14) Security in the building is not responsible for any losses inside the apartment, we ask to close both locks well and make sure that the door is locked behind you. For your safety, there are surveillance cameras controlled by a private security company in the lobby and the elevators.
15) Check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Please throw the trash of the apartment in the chute and give the keys to the local expert. Make sure to let your Local Expert know your Check-Out time and leave the windows & door are secured.

*Please keep the noise down especially during weekdays and late at night. $150 USD fine
Extra Cleaning services: $30 USD full day cleaning.

Two weeks stay, okay property but never slept.

The property is OK for a single person. I was there for two weeks and had to adjust because there is a lot of noise outside. The apartment is basically on the street and it’s very high traffic and congestion. The windows are not very insulated so you do get a draft and you hear everything. The neighbors were also quite loud with music until the middle of the night and I didn’t really know who to complain to. Also, the shower was a bit of a problem because it was either too hot or too cold. The check-in process was easy, and the apartment was very clean. If you don’t have high expectations and you’re just looking for an affordable decent place, then I would recommend this place Other than the noise
