first room had dirty towels on bed, no shower head and a plugged shower drain. but was switched to a better room so all was good. busy neighborhood and a short block from the excitement of district 70. decent breakfast.

Rente dos habitaciones, en una todo iba bien, en la 2da el baño estaba tapado y hasta las 10 pm pudieron solucionarlo. Me dieron la habitación sin regadera, caía el chorro de agua directo y muy incómodo, tampoco me dejaron jabón de manos. Lo peor que pasó fue que el día que llegamos al dueño se le ocurrió festejar su cumpleaños y cerrar la terraza para su fiesta que duró hasta las 6 am. A mi no me molestó pero a mis amigos si, el ruido era excesivo. Lo que considero peor es la atención de la señora de la limpieza, me regañó desde que llegué por poner una toalla donde no iba (siendo que así me lo entregaron y yo no moví nada) luego no pude acomodar mi maleta en un sillón por que lo iba a ensuciar cuando mi maleta está mal limpia que su sillón. Lo peor fue cuando hicimos el check out me comentaron que tenía que pagar una sábana por una mancha, la misma señora grosera de la limpieza me acusó de mancharla. Siendo que yo soy en extremo limpio. Decidí subir a revisar la supuesta mancha y veo que era un vil engaño, a tal grado que yo la cama no había ni destendido. Tome una foto y se la mostré a recepción y me comentó que en efecto no era válido el pago. Fue tarde por qué a mí otra habitación si se lo habían cobrado por la mañana ya que ellos se habrían retirado horas antes. Esto es una mafia de la señora de la limpieza por qué sabía exactamente en dónde buscar “manchas” Hubo buenas experiencias también y solo por eso regresaría a la estancia, cuando esto mejor estos comments
