Had an amazing stay here! The rooms are clean and spacious with all of the amenities you need. There is 24 hour staff onsite so the building feels very secure and it's in a great area in Milan in El Poblado that has plenty of restaurants and shops and is a short walk or $2 USD uber to the main Provenza area. The metro is also nearby and about a 10 min walk. The hotel staff was particularly awesome and extremely helpful. Special shoutout to Carlos who arranged an early check in for us and helped us coordinate exit plans on our last day :) Highly recommend staying here!

The room was clean, comfortable and very spacious. The basics to cook were present though quality was lacking and a small microwave would have been nice. Though the room looked great, the materials were a bit cheap so I would be concerned how the property will wear over the coming years considering it is currently only six weeks old and already showing some minor damage. The mattress was good enough so I would definitely return again if the price was discounted as it was. The location was convenient and the supermarket was across the street. Steps from Manila and Provenza. My only major gripe is that the property locks their door at night and twice I was locked out banging on the door for 15-20 minutes, yelling out, and calling the property for someone to let me in. Once, this occurred at 9pm and the second time it occurred around 12:30am. They need to find a solution or at least have a reliable person working the front desk.

Excellent stay at Gres Apartment. The building has contemporary architecture with great character, and the apartment is immaculate — clean, comfortable, well laid out, and fully equipped. The location is strategic and very convenient. The service was exceptional. Carlos consistently went the extra mile in every way — attentive, professional, and genuinely committed to making our experience outstanding. We also appreciate Luisa and Andrés for their kindness.
