Hermoso y moderno apartamento en zona urbana con vista campestre capacidad para alojar 6 personas en 3 habitaciones 2 baños sala Star balcón y cocina abierta ideal para compartir con las visitas, con todas las facilidades como estar en casa donde podrás descansar después de las jornadas de conocer o trabajar en la ciudad, puedes hacer un foundue, o un raclet en familia, ver películas, o simplemente relajarte en tu cuarto, o sentarte en el balcón a mirar el lindo paisaje verde. Si eres muy intelectual te puedes sentar a leer en la sala de star. Ideal para hacer home office. De verdad es estar como en casa.
Si tienes familia y quieres conocer la ciudad sin estar dentro del ruido y el caos de la misma este es tu espacio ideal, cercano a 2 centros comerciales, colegio, restaurante bar y parquecito al aire libre. Puedes caminar tranquilo por la zona y más. Ideal para vacacionar. El apartamento está recién remodelado, dándole un estilo moderno y de mayor amplitud al espacio.

Disponemos de piscina de 1,20 m de profundidad para niños y bebés y 1,80 m para adultos, con sus equipos de salvavidas (Debes solicitar el turno en la portería para su uso), sauna turco, gimnasio, salón social, parque infantil dentro del conjunto residencial, hay vigilancia 24 horas, portería para recibir visitas, domicilios y paquetes. El apartamento cuenta con una celda de parqueadero en el garaje principal por si vienes en vehículo.
Es un sitio de la ciudad muy fresco, así que solo tenemos ventilador.
