Apartment located in a central area of Medellin. It is located near two shopping malls (Aventura and Bosque Plaza), central hospitals and the convention and exhibition center Plaza Mayor. It is also close to the Botanical Garden, Parque Explora, Universidad de Antioquia and Universidad Nacional. It has direct access to two Metro stations (University Station and Hospital Station) and a Metroplús station (Ruta N- UDEA Station).

It is located in a private residential area, with 24 hour security service, with cleaning staff outside and elevator service. The private unit has services such as children's playground, community pool, and green spaces.
