My initial impression of the apartment was decent, but things quickly took a turn for the worse. A closer look revealed dirty sheets with human hair in both rooms, and the pillows smelled awful, leaving me with a headache the following day. The bathrooms were also filthy, and there were no hangers to be found. After reporting these issues, the cleaning staff arrived to clean, but they failed to bring any hangers. They did, however, replace the sheets and pillows. Unfortunately, the apartment had no air conditioning. One redeeming quality was the excellent location, with plenty of malls and restaurants within walking distance.

The check in was at 4pm sheets for the bed at 545pm so i just left to eat. The hosts were not responsive. Called both numbers and texted one responded in almost 3 hours. Towels were stained so showered and dried myself with one of my clean shirts. Came home to roaches run around at 11pm. This was a complete disaster. I should be refunded for this terrible experience!!!

The apartment was in great condition and the area is beautiful, but it was lacking on linens and supplies. Only one very small towel per guest only one hand liquid soap and shampoo in the bathroom, no condioner of soap in the shower.

The hot water in the shower was not working correctly I call and nothing was done about it and the next problem there was no key for the lock box but they fixed it the next day but I had to take the time out of my day to be able to be there to let them do the work and that was 1 hour and 20 minutes

Do not be fooled by the photos — the apartment looks nothing like what you see online. The view is beautiful, yes, but everything else is terrible. The first thing that greeted us when we arrived was a place full of cockroaches. At first, we thought it was minor, but once we went into the bedrooms, we found them there too. The apartment is extremely small and uncomfortable. The refrigerator wasn’t working, and when we arrived, there was only one split A/C unit in one bedroom. The other room had no air conditioning at all — just a standing fan that barely worked, which made it unbearable with Medellín’s heat. When we checked the bathrooms, neither had hot water, and both were completely clogged. I tried calling the host to resolve the issue but they never respond, only after 45 mint, but it was impossible to stay there. We had to leave the same night and book another hotel immediately after arriving at 7:00 p.m. because the apartment was unlivable, dirty, and infested with cockroaches. This property is absolutely not suitable for renting, and I honestly don’t understand how Expedia can list this type of apartment on its platform. It doesn’t meet even the minimum standards expected from their listings. Terrible experience — avoid at all costs.

A common occurrence of rented apartments in Medellin, this is a luxury property they probably bought years ago and have done the bare minimum to keep it in good condition. Marks all over the walls, burn marks above oven, dishes and cups stained, sponge was old and smelled very bad, shower didn’t drain well and other shower wouldn’t have hot water sometimes. Ants in multiple rooms. King bed was 2 beds pushed together. TV in living room didn’t have a remote. I actually reported this to them and sent someone to fix it but didn’t replace the remote so nothing happened. Air conditioning and the view were very nice. They staff who work on the property were 5 stars. I wouldn’t stay here again for over $100 a night it’s not worth it.

The building and the surrounding neighborhood is fine, the problem was the apartment I stayed in. My host VG, AG and RG. gave me the worst apartment ever, room 602! The only apartment in the building that still had keys, the rest of the apartment doors worked with doorcode locks. My apartment was unlocked when I checked in, coming to find out it was because of the keys left by the host at the reception didn’t work. Luckily there was an extra set in the apartment which worked so I could lock the door that night. One of the bathrooms had a leaking sink that stank up the place. One of the rooms had no ac, the door handles were loose and some essentials were missing. I contacted the host AG about the defects. At first the only answer I got was that it was high season and they couldn’t reaccommodate me, after that radio silence. Later she answered and gave a solution for the ac and the key. Without any notice RG was sent by VG with the keys, the ac and some essentials. RM told me that she knew about the leak but didn’t think it was that serious. And that she cloud contact a plumber but I had to stay there for it to be fixed! I had no intention of doing that so I used their towels as solution! This apartment needed a thorough inspection from the landlord and the handyman beforehand! The service from the Ga’s is bad. They didn’t even offer a refund or any deductions. So if you get the Ga’s as a host please rethink your options!

El departamento está en buen estado en general y es cómodo. Sin embargo, la descripción del aviso no es exacta. No tiene horno microondas, no tiene cama queen. El horno eléctrico no funcionaba y cuando viene ron a verlo se lo llevaron y nunca lo trajeron de vuelta. En uno de los baños al techo se le cae la pintura por la humedad del piso superior o por alguna fuga de agua. Una de las hornillas de la cocina de gas no funcionaba y no la repararon.
