I would highly recommend Elad. Friendly staff, amazing breakfast and dinner options, very convenient to get to Al-Haram via 24/7 shuttle bus running every 20 mins

I really enjoyed staying in this hotel very convenient and easy to go to Haram. The bus are available 24 seven staff was really great. Specially Abdullal Ba Rahim provides great customer service. Definitely recommend this hotel from Hotel to Haram in Bus only take 2 to 3 minutes and it drop at the door step of Safa Marwah

It was my first stay in this hotel I thought location is bit far but they have very good shuttle service during my two days stay in hotel i found everytime shuttle there to go to prayer and comming back I would say very good hotel and good service

Ramadhan Stay

During Ramadan, the shuttle bus to Haram pays 8.5 sar. during Eid, there is no shuttle bus, if you want to go to the Haram you can use a taxi. the shuttle bus is available again on the third day of eid

Nice stuff near Kaaba.

Nice stuff friendly. Helpful. Room is 4 out of five just because the bathroom little smelly they couldn’t fix the smell. Good breakfast no complain. 2 minutes to Kaaba haram. Bus is free to Kaaba every 15 minutes. In general it’s very good if you visit macca. I recommend this hotel.

Big hotel but there was always an odor from toilet. The service was poor because when you have any issues, they never pick calls at the reception. Phone will be ringing nonstop, until you go downstairs. I also had a problem with the location. The hotel shuttles can't be used during Ramadan, only public buses convey pilgrims to and fro. This is a major problem as there is a crowd before and after every salat so getting a bus to and from masjid al Haram was hectic. We didn't enjoy our stay.

The hotel is nice but the reception staff is not at all good . The bell boys are very helpful thpugh. However there is no room service. We asked for it several times but didn’t get kt . I asked fresh towel in the morning and after repeated reminders phone calls and 3 visits to the reception i got it late after 10 pm. The room was no e but the mattresses were bad and creaking There were even coalroaches in the room.
