The hotel was good, the breakfast was delicious and the staff were extremely helpful. In addition, it wasn’t too far from the haram, probably would take you 6-7 minutes to reach the haram.

Good hotel, decent location and value for money. Rooms are quite worn out, missing shower doors (so water goes everywhere) and a bit dirty in certain areas. Most staff were friendly and helpful. They could've given more amenities in the room (such as: hotel slippers, toothbrushes, travel toothpaste etc). They used to give these extra items. Lifts can get quite busy as well.

I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and very helpful. Their excellent customer service made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel itself was clean, well-maintained, and provided a great atmosphere. The location was also excellent, making it convenient to access nearby attractions, restaurants, and other important areas. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. The combination of friendly staff, a great location, and a comfortable environment made this a memorable experience. I would gladly recommend this hotel to others and look forward to staying here again in the future. Thank you to the entire team for providing such great hospitality.

A Wonderful 6-Night Stay at Al Ebaa Hotel, Makkah. We had a lovely 6-night stay at Al Ebaa Hotel in Makkah and enjoyed our experience. Overall, everything was good, and we were happy with our choice of hotel. We had breakfast every morning during our stay, and the food was good and varied. It might be worth considering to open the restaurant at 6am for breakfast. We also enjoyed dinner at the hotel on our last evening, which was a pleasant way to end our stay in Makkah. One of the biggest advantages of the hotel is its convenient location for visiting Al Masjid Al Haram. The walk to the Haram involves a slight incline (less than 3 mins) before cutting through the Anjum Hotel, but we found the route manageable and appreciated being within walking distance of the mosque. Our overall experience was very positive, and the hotel provided a comfortable and enjoyable base for our time in this blessed city. We would happily recommend Al Ebaa Hotel to other visitors to Makkah, particularly those looking for convenient access to the Haram. We are grateful for our stay and would certainly consider staying here again on a future visit, Insha'Allah. May Allah bless everyone involved in making our stay a pleasant one. Finally, from a pricing perspective, it was really competitive.

6/10 Okay

This feels like a 2-star hotel and I'd only rebook if desperate. While the room was a good size and most staff were pleasant, the bed was uncomfortably firm, carpets/sofas were stained, and breakfast was basic supermarket quality. The cleaners kept throwing my food when I get up to get something at breakfast. The shower is tiny with no door. Housekeeping was poor—sheets were changed just once in 8 days, and cleaners knocked during my rest since there are no door hangers. Water/towels are restricted to two daily, and I was charged a fee for a pre-approved late checkout. I completely understand that the hotel is in a high traffic location but they could have focused on guests comforts.
