"The SUPER Expensive Valet Trashed the inside of my car and turned off my AC? They also moved around Boxes in my car. NOT Happy And ALARM ABOUT this matter. I have a Very nice SUV Lincoln Reserve that’s black in color. I don’t know Who in Valet did this PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE WARN Your Customers to Watch out to have nothing in their cars, bc it’s $56 dollars and they will glade they take that for the night, TRULY Shocking a Depressing. They Actually took and misplaced my Dogs RX. My white Box with my Medication was Smacked and trashed, the Medicine is $900 dollars! Was NOT EVER Going Back! A BAD Distrist! I NEVER Had that occurr in Lynette 57 years of life. They demand ONLY Valet, then TRASH the inside of the car. It took me half the day, I won’t touch my $1,000 RX. VERY HORRIBLE and Horrific Experience after I got my car! I will call hotel management! I am a retired International Fonance Deart Gloval Leader of Top Military Degense contractor. Just bc I had my Service Dog with me? So, that’s maybe the respon! Very Dispicable and Disappointing! Please Warm ALL Customers FOREVER And FOR EVER, NEVER to Valet park their high Profile vehicles! What the hell! "

"Room was clean but there was a musty smell. Breakfast was delicious, however I thought it was included in our stay and found out that we had to pay. About 4:15am, there was yelling and cursing outside our room. After 5 minutes I called front desk and staff immediately came up to room. The noise quieted for a bit but we could still hear them talking and yelling at each other. It just made for a sleepless night."

"What a great concept - Home 2 Hilton. However, the facility is only as good as the employees you have working it. In the 6 /nights we were there, they only checked our room the 2nd day we were there. After that - we were taking our trash to the trash bin in the hallway and went the front desk for fresh towels and washrags the 4th night we were there. The coffee urn was always empty, if I saw guest reporting that it was empty, the Urn was taken to the back, but wasn't brought back out until guest inquired about the status of the coffee. The breakfast bar was unattended. Once items were depleted - they were just left empty. It was very hard to manipulate/grab the hot food items as there wasn't enough space to open the flap door, reach in and grab the food. Many mornings I cleaned the breakfast bar because the people who made their mess didn't find it necessary to pick up after themselves, and the staff never checked the presentation of the breakfast bar. 1 dryer was broke the days were there and the laundry facility was always in disarray. I reported the water cooler in the fitness room was empty and it took 1 1/2 for a new water to appear. The day we arrived there was a wet pool towel and ice bucket in the "ice machine room" after 3 days we picked them both up and placed them in front of the Housekeeping door by the elevators. I'll reiterate - the facility is very nice, but the staff just didn't have the drive or pride to keep it nice."

"Staff was great and that was the only good thing! I’m sure a lot of people live here. There was a constant strong smell of weed in the hallways ( and it’s a non smoking hotel). The first room we were given was disgusting and had a strong smell of smoke however they were very accommodating and moved us to a better smelling cleaner room. We will not be back to this place"
