We had a mixed experience. We arrived late Friday and our king room we reserved had been unavailable so we ended up with two queens. Not the end of the world. However when we got in the room it was freezing (60 degrees) and there was no shower curtain. I informed the front desk the next morning and told them we were leaving our room but had full permission to enter it and deal with the shower curtain. When we got back later that night we came in to see a shower curtain on a hanger thrown on the floor. I’m very short and then had to put the curtain up myself and slipped and hurt my ankle. It is just rolled and bruised thankfully. Maybe just make sure the rooms are ready for people before you check in customers. Other than that we had a great time and had fantastic food for reasonable prices!

"We love staying here but this visit was a little disappointing. The dining room has been renovated and has a sterile generic feel. The breakfast buffet is no longer offered. I’m not sure what other renovations will be taking place but I certainly hope they don’t lose the cozy regal feel for sterile ..."
