Lake McQueeney Waterfront Home: Boat Dock & Kayaks

A perfect memory-making getaway for family and friends with 5 bedrooms (11 beds) and 3.5 bathrooms. Freshly updated throughout, this stunning home is perfect for entertaining, featuring a modern, fully-equipped kitchen, multiple Smart TVs, a separate decked-out bunkhouse for the kids, sunny decks, shaded patios and balconies, a fire pit, boat dock, kayaks and floats. You will have direct access to the water. Everything you need for a memorable riverside retreat!

Home has direct access to the waterfront for a great experience! We have the following beds:
2 King Beds, 1 Queen Bed, 1 Full Bed, 7 twin beds (1 in the main house and 6 in the bunk room).

You will have access to everything except for some closets that are reserved for housekeeper use.

Scooters (Lime & Bird) as well as Lyft and Uber are the best ways to get around Austin, especially this close to everything. However, there are also a lot of public transportation options in this area (see CapMetro`s website).

EXTREMELY IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ ENTIRELY:

Parking is very limited at the property, and our neighbors are very protective of their space. They will call us immediately if someone parks on their property. There is ONLY space in the driveway for parking, which can typically fit 3-4 vehicles. Regrettably, our neighbors do not allow us to park on the street across from the house, so please refrain from parking there or blocking any driveways. To minimize the number of vehicles at the house, please carpool when possible.

We also ask for your consideration regarding noise levels. Due to the close property lines, please refrain from using boomboxes or playing loud music—especially with explicit language—outside to respect our neighbors. The neighbors are in close contact with us and want to go out of our way to respect their space. If you violate the noise or parking ordinance in the neighborhood, you will be asked to leave without a refund.
We have security cameras outside our property at the entrances for added security and your peace of mind. We do not have any cameras inside, respecting our guests` privacy.

1) No smoking allowed (of any kind) ($350 fine)
2) No loud noises after 10 PM per city ordinance
3) No events or parties.
4) No pets allowed
5) The cleaning that you pay for is to clean the home prior to your stay. If you do not pick up after yourself sufficiently when you check out, you may be charged an additional cleaning fee - price depends on how long it takes to clean up after you. We don`t expect you to scrub the home, but simply pick up your trash and put everything where you found it
6) Minimum age requirement is 25
7) If you do not check out on time (11AM) you will be charged an additional night
