• We welcome up to two (2) dogs, with a non-refundable fee of $100 per dog.
• Other Pets: Dogs are the only pets permitted unless otherwise approved. If you would like to bring a cat, you must receive prior approval from both the homeowner and the property manager. If approved, a $300 non-refundable fee plus taxes and fees will apply.
