"Totally adequate. Not unclean. Just really tired and super well-worn. The lobby has a superficial refresh. The rest of the property is really stuck in 1987 - walls are scuffed, honey-oak wood trim is all beat up and in need of refurbishing, and the countertops, sinks, and bathtubs are just super old. It will do the job, but it is not someplace that you will want to hang out in. The soaps / shampoos are just the cheapest little bottles that smell like chemicals. The breakfast amenity is at the Denny's across the parking lot. Meh. The staff were fine, not really leaning into hospitality, but then again if that was their jam they would be working elsewhere."

"Beds were great - large and comfortable. However, the carpet was worn through in front of our room. The toilet clogged up, and the indigent clientele was a bit of a surprise. There is some sort of social services program being run there, as we saw social service room checks being conducted, people without shoes and poor clothing and people with very severe health issues. Great that they are helping the less fortunate, just would let people know ahead of time."

"The hot tub and indoor pool were very nice. Clean and modern. Everything else was competitive for the price point which I would describe as average. Free breakfast was basic. Coffee was drinkable. Room was quiet from outside noise but AC was a little"

"We found the apartment to be spacious and luxurious. The kitchen had everything I needed to make omelettes and guacamole toast for breakfast, including French press or drip, and it is located across the street from a whole food grocery shop. And we ate dinner downstairs the first night, and dinner was great. The second night we chose Joel Palmer after a day of touring vineyards. We highly recommend!"
