"I have family in Madisonville and this hotel is my go-to spot every time I'm in town visiting. It's clean, quiet, safe, and centrally located to everything that I need while in the area (stores, food, gas station, etc). There's plenty of parking with none of those sketchy questionable people lurking around the parking lot or hallways or balconies. The AC is always ice cold and there's always plenty of hot water for long showers. The various front desk clerks have always been pleasant with quick and easy check-In. I travel 10 hours from home to get here, so I usually arrive late (around Midnight) and there's always someone at the front desk to greet me... unlike some hotels where you have to ring a bell or call a number to wake someone up to come to the front desk (I hate that)."

"The property is beautiful and spacious. We had everything we needed while we were staying there. Our kids loved the Kayaks and fishing from the nice dock. We used the fire pit to have s’mores one night. The only real negative is that the property and house were somewhat dirty. The back patio and yard had lots of cigarette butts. The bathrooms weren’t very clean. The house just needed a little more attention from the housekeepers. Other than that our stay was great."

"Very cute quaint little cabin in the woods. We stayed just one night but would’ve loved to stay longer. Make sure you have all necessities as food or needs as town is about 10 miles. There is a small gas station within that 10 miles. The bed was very comfortable. The porch was very inviting. The overall was very memorable. Thank you again."

"We really enjoyed our stay. The property was awesome. There was plenty of room for the 2 of us and it was in an excellent location for floating the Hiwasssee. We took out 7 minutes from the cabin at Patty’s bridge. I would recommend a mattress pad/topper for the bed. It was the only downside of our stay. Everything else was amazing."
