"Needs updating"

"Overall, the room itself was okay. The AC, microwave, and fridge worked very well. The room is spacious. The shower head had great water pressure. The only thing that wasn't working well was the toilet. You had to flush it multiple times to get anything to flush. One thing I definitely noticed about this place is that it is outdated. You can easily tell that some of the furniture has some wear. They still have vending machines that only take dollar bills and change. One good thing about this place is it's in a convenient location. A lot of places are within walking distance like gas stations, fast food restaurants, and even Walmart and Kroger."

"The staff were excellent! Friendly and helpful. The Drury Inn is lucky to have such great staff. From the gal that checked us in to the staff that puts out the food etc. They made us feel welcome and comfortable."

"Didn't pay $16 pp for breakfast, NO HOT WATER!!!!, cold shower, there were not any non diet drinks other then alcoholic. 16yr old kid couldn't buy anything to drink. Pool was closed by Health department. Shrubbery outside was on fire."

"Parking was ok. Entrance & exit to facility was very difficult & potholes need attention. Pillows were very uncomfortable. Don't know what amenities were supposed to be but don't believe there were any. Other guests were inconsiderate for sleep. For the price, guess we couldn't expect better. Could have had brochures in the room or offered when checking in. Had little information regarding nearby shops."

"I have to rate this a 3 as a blend of 1s and 5s 5 - great location, close to Mega Caverns and Zoo 1 - No one checks you in or makes breakfast - you make your own breakfast 1 or 5 - it is very old. That can be cool/interesting, or can be annoying. For example, the bathtub was in a hole and you could not stand up in it 5 - Beds were super comfortable! 1 - Dust mites ate my son alive in his bed, causing welts 5 - They gave our son his own room as compensation 1 - I had to guilt them into that 3 - Breakfast items were meh 5 - they had milk, eggs, pancake mix and lots of cooking utensils in a huge kitchen 1 - rating myself for being too lazy to do the cooking 5- the grounds were very nice 1 - the exterior light right outside our room went off and on all night, keeping us up "

"Newer hotel in great location plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. The only negative is you have to use your key card to operate the elevators so if you were going to get DoorDash or delivery, you have to meet them in the lobby."
