Room was made to a good standard, the biggest perks is the staff friendliness, attentive and accommodating. They deliver an excellent service. I will definitely stay again and highly recommend it.

Initially we had done problems. Water temperature in room was terrible. Some staff in bar not friendly/helpful. However - when speaking to concierge he immediately rectified the issues. Changed our room and treated us well. His customer service made a big difference. French waitress at Hippo restaurant was a delight. Overall very good and will stay again.

Our room was very clean. Highly recommended as it is very convenient for a late check in and early check out as Reception is open 24 hours.
