"A lovely flat with lots of windows and comfortable surroundings. Caroline was easy to reach and very helpful. She even ran over a baby gate for the two-year-old in our group. Only comment would be that the "double beds" in the living room was a recliner couch that really didn't work well as a bed. There was an air mattress available, but our twenty-something chose to sleep on the couch as is. The P6 bus was right outside the door and got us around well."

"This was such a lovely property. It is actually the whole bottom level of a home occupied by the owners upstairs. They were super gracious and kind. Even invited us to join them for dinner our first night there. The place was cozy, well-stocked and had everything we needed. And the backyard is surrounded by an amazing vegetable and flower/plant garden. We were able to bring our dog and there was plenty of beautiful neighborhood to walk in. "Property location is so convenient. The White House is a building away.. and we could easily walk to the National Mall. The guy who checked us in was extremely nice and welcoming, our room was INCREDIBLE and the cleaning each day was immaculate. We ate breakfast at the fireclay in the lobby and our server was a little too nonchalant for our liking... Didn't follow up with us about our meal and or filling our coffee back up and didn't really know where he went to even try to ask... our meals were served on plastic plates that didn't match the aesthetic of the hotel and our server finally came back to just leave us the check at our table before we even finished our food and just walked away. The food was good but the service was literally kinda awkward. Every part of the hotel aspect was beyond our expectations but the Fireclay could use some work- especially because graduity was automatically added. "
