"Best hotel by far. The Tap house restaurant inside this hotel is so good as well with very friendly staff and amazing food. Loved the convenience of not having to leave the hotel if we didn’t want to. We could just eat here at the hotel . Was nice that they gave you a 10.43 discount for charging to your room as well. Front desk staff was nice and accommodating. Rooms were very clean and well maintained. I was able to wash my laundry as well for $2.00 a load before heading back home that was a plus in its self. If we ever came back to Nashville I would definitely stay here again."

"We had a terrible stay. Checked in fine but then couldn’t get into our room. Went back to the lobby and no one was around. Waited a long time for someone to return. Gave us new keys and we tried again. Door stuck really bad. Had to force yourself into the room. The room itself was fine. We decided to shorten our stay there and the front desk clerk said they would approve the refund. It’s need 3 days and no word from the manager who was supposed to approve the refund. Will not stay there again."

"We had a great stay overall. The staff was very friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The front desk staff was amazing and very helpful, and the breakfast staff was so sweet and kind. Breakfast was okay and convenient each morning. I also liked that there was a Dollar General close to the hotel, which made it easy to grab anything we needed. The room was clean and everything went well during our stay. The only thing I was disappointed about was that the pool was closed. I really wished it had been open, but besides that, everything else was great."

"We had a room booked for April 10th. While boarding our flight, I received a call from the hotel informing me they could no longer honor our reservation due to a “water leak.” When I asked whether any other rooms were available on the property, I was told none were. When I asked for help securing a room at another hotel, I was told they could not provide any assistance. We booked another hotel nearby at a higher price. As we drove past the original property, the parking lot was full and several large tour buses were parked outside, suggesting the hotel was operating normally despite the explanation we were given. Do not book here if you expect your reservation to be honored."
