On The Beach ~ House Marlin, with Pool!

"The house is a duplex, but before our stay I asked the host, Cathy, if anyone would be staying in the other unit. She assured us it would be vacant, so we had the entire property to ourselves, which made it feel incredibly private and peaceful.The beach is a bit rocky, so we didn’t swim there, but the pool more than made up for it. It was much bigger than it looked in the photos and was perfect for relaxing.My only complaint was the Wi-Fi. It relied on a single hotspot, and since we needed to answer emails and download files, the connection was very slow and made it difficult to get work done.Other than that, everything was wonderful. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. We made unforgettable memories that will stay with our family forever."
Private Beautiful Cottage with your own cove

"This property met and exceeded our expectations. The central location made it easy to explore both north and south. An easy drive to either airport. Groceries, liquor and gas right around the corner. We spent every evening relaxing at the water’s edge watching the wildlife, distant lightning and stargazing. Lots of turtles, a leopard ray, dolphins and tons of fish right in front of the cottage! Debbie and Phil are fantastic hosts! We can’t wait to come back later this year!"

"We had a great stay at the house and it was well situated. The Owner was helpful and responsive to questions we had. We did have to use the rainwater storage and the instructions were flawless. Our only minor complaint was the fridge that had the owners food on the top shelf and in the door- we thought that this should’ve been stored elsewhere. The clothes in the closet were a lesser problem but we like to unpack our suitcases for a weeks stay. We really enjoyed our stay and many thanks to Todd. Highly recommend this Owner and the property. Also Long Island is fantastic!"

"Our stay in Long Island, Bahamas was absolutely fantastic! Erik was an exceptional host who communicated with us every step of the way, making the entire experience seamless. Karin, the house manager, met us at the airport and guided us to the house, which was a wonderful personal touch. Mr. Percy also provided excellent communication and had a great rental car waiting for us when we arrived.The house exceeded our expectations. It was beautifully equipped with everything we needed, especially the spacious kitchen, which had every item imaginable for preparing meals. The infinity pool was incredible, the beds were very comfortable, and the home was the perfect place to relax after exploring the island.A special thank you to Zoe from Long Island Boat Rentals, who made boating effortless by delivering our boat directly to the house and securing it to the mooring ball behind the property. We spent our days discovering the island's stunning beaches by both car and boat.We especially enjoyed dining at Tiny's Restaurant, found an excellent fresh fish market near Clarence Town, and highly recommend visiting Mr. Watson at Gordon's Restaurant on the southern tip of the island for the breathtaking views alone.This was truly an unforgettable vacation, and we wouldn't hesitate to rent from Erik again. We had an amazing time and can't wait to return!"
Slipstream 2.0 - A Modern Beachfront Escape

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at SlipStream 2.0. Kareen was incredibly responsive whenever we needed anything, though everything was already so well-prepared that we rarely had to reach out. The view was absolutely beautiful, and being right on the beach was perfect. The house is newer and clearly very special to the owners, as it was impeccably maintained. We would definitely stay here again! We island hopped for 2 months last year and are in our 5th week of 3 months this year. We've stayed in 13 residence through our travels to Bahamas family islands and this house is in our top 3."

"John and Cassandra's place is exactly what we were looking for. The second we walked in, it was clear this was a home, not a rental. Every room had its own personality, quaint, charming, and you knew you were in a place that was loved. The ocean view was unreal and the beach was literally right outside the door.Communication was seamless and John, Cassandra, and their house manager David were a pleasure to deal with. No hassle, no chasing anyone down. Just amazing people who take care of their guests. Do yourself a favor and book this place."
ROCK HILL: Modern Beach House with Spectacular Views & Resort Access

"This beautiful 4 BR, duplex villa was built for a designer and architect. It is informal, open, functional and well stocked with everything needed for cooking and serving meals. Each BR has it's own "en-suite" bathroom. The showers are HUGE and warm water is plentiful. There were ample beach towels and sun hats provided. A dedicated "water cooler" with large bottles of spring water provided all needed potable water. The house is approx 1kM from the Stella Maris resort and 0.5kM from the Stella Maris beach and beach bar.The host (Bruno) was attentive, available and very helpful. He arranged for a rental car and we gave him a shopping list of groceries which were already in the house when we arrived. "
