Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
All trash must be placed in the provided bins with the covers completely closed. Any excess trash that does not fit must be taken to the dumpsters at 4005 Peak Dr.
We greatly appreciate you returning all furniture to its original place if moved around.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Rules
Pet fee of $45 per pet per night will be added to the reservation after booking. Pets must be kenneled when alone at property and leashed if outdoors.
