This beautiful home is located on a private mountain across Resort Drive from the huge indoor/outdoor water park. 2 minutes away. 4 minutes to the resort gate. 8 minutes to ski slops.

Two car garage and large driveway for 4 cars.

Early check in and late check out must be approved by owner.
Platinum Guest Pass to owners private MPOA Pool and the owners fitness and Rec. center.

Largest game room at Massanutten. Brunswick slate pool table, ping pong , foosball, Shadow Turbo air hockey. All game tables are regulation size. Board games. Mini kitchen with full size fridge and microwave. Screened in lower deck with wicker furniture and fan off game room .

65 in Smart TV in Living room, 1 large 55inTV in game room with game systems. Play Station 3/ Wii / Xbox / Xbox 360, Kinect , 200 + games & DVD Movies, High speed WIFI. Three bedrooms on main level 2 Queen and 1 King. 4th bedroom has 1 queen and twin trundle, sleeps 2. 55in TV. Queen sleep sofa in game room. All bedrooms have smart TVs. Three full bathrooms and lots of space inside & out for your family getaway.

We Furnish : Luxury Sheets, Pillows, Quilts, Blankets, Hair dryers, Kitchen items, Waffle maker, Ninja blender, Panini maker, Mixer, Mixing bowls, Storage bowls, Counter top grill, Toaster, Insta Pot Slow cooker, Corning ware, Cook ware. Dinnerware and silver wear for 12. Serving dishes, Roasting Pan, Pizza Pan, Coffee maker and Keurig elite ( K cups not furnished.) 12 Spices. Hand soap, Cleaning supplies. HD Laundry detergent. Starter paper towels, toilet paper and trash bags.

We Do Not furnish bath towels, wash cloths or phone. Please bring a cell phone and bath towels.

Top deck has a three burner Weber gas grill with tank. Gas not provided .

MPOA owners pool pass for June July August, $5.00 fee per person per day.
MPOA pass to Rec. and fitness center ( owners club ) for our guest. $15.00 per person per day.

We can not guarantee dates with out a rental agreement and a deposit Person signing rental agreement must be 25 years old. Rental agreement due back with in 7 days from booking to secure your rental dates. Once the balance is paid and the rental agreement is returned , we send you a key code and directions.

This home is a private residential neighborhood and is part of the Massanutten Property Owners Association (MPOA).governed by it's rules and regulations.
There are rental homes in all MPOA neighborhoods, but people also live there.Your nearby neighbors may be full-time residents, including families with children, retirees, second-home owners and other guest enjoying their retreat.
NOISE
Quite hours 10:00 PM- 7:00 AM.
Keep noise indoors during these hours.
No excessive noise at any time as judged by MPOA or it's assigned agents.
PARKING
Keep all tires off road.
Don't block fire hydrants or park in front of another property without written approval from your host.
Park only in designated areas or overflow lot (4007 Peak Drive, Massanutten, Va. 22840)
No buses, campers, or RVs to be parked at homes or on roads. Overflow lot is available with written approval from your host.

Daughter's graduation from Bridgewater

We needed a place to stay for my daughter graduation. We spent 3 nights here and really enjoyed it. The kitchen was well equipped, and we cooked and ate several meals. The younger ones enjoyed playing with the pool tables and video games. This place was perfect for hosting family and spending time celebrating my daughter. Thank you so much, would definitely stay here again.

Good times in Massanutten

The property is modern, spacious, and very well appointed. Six of us stayed there for three nights very comfortably. The house was immaculate and easy to keep that way. It is well located to many attractions. We will be back!

Annual Ski Weekend with Family

Nine of us, ages 15 to 63, stayed 3 nights during our annual ski weekend. We make a trip to Massanutten annually and chose this home in 2025 due to the space and game room. The house is stocked from the kitchen to the game cabinet. The location is only a couple miles further from the slopes than we usually choose and that wasn't a problem for us.

Ski trip get away

House was very roomy and housed our group of young adults for ski trip. Fully equipped kitchen definitely made it easy to prepare meals for large group.

Great Place in Massanutten

Clean, comfortable - has everything you need. Game room was fun! Family stayed for a JMU graduation. Very close to Harrisonburg. Would definitely come back to swim in pool or ski on mountain. Property manager easy to contact and they left plenty of info in home to make you understand the layout of the place

Memorial Day weekend with friends

It was an excellent location and a nice and spacious house. We enjoyed a lot in this house during our stay. A couple of things were checked out. We found out just before we left that we had to do bed sheets to load, start the washing machine, and bring thrash to the dumpster, which was 3 miles away.

Great place to stay

My family and I stayed here for our vacation. For the first two days while we were there, we encountered rain, hail, and thunderstorms, but we were still able to enjoy staying in doors. We played the games we carried as well as played pool, foosball, air hockey and table tennis which was located on the lower floor. We were also able to do some activities at the resort. Staying here gave us quality time with each other and when we needed our own space, it was there.

Comfortable

The house was very comfortable with tons of kitchen items for cooking meals. Quiet neighborhood that had a very safe feeling. The game room was a big hit for the kids and adults challenging the kids. Hope to get back up next year for our winter ski get-away. Thank you. Gayle

Great Family Time Home

We had a very nice time visiting this home. It was clean, well laid out, and a convenient location. The nearby restaurants and game tables were a hit with our boys. Disposing of garbage was rather inconvenient as we needed to drive it quite a distance after loading our car to leave. The signs with instructions were helpful but felt overbearing. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would return in the future.

Amazing host

The house was amazing and super spacious. The home has any game you can think off from board games, to video games, to pool, foosball, air hockey, ping pong, etc. It was just such an awesome house. Paula also goes above and beyond with her communication about the house and makes it an amazing stay. We actually left something and she mailed it back to us the very next day. Such an amazing place and host. This place will absolutely exceed your expectations.

Excellent, only had troubles locating local television channels.

Beautiful home, seasoning, toiletries, dishes, additional blankets use of the garage. Dropping off the trash away from the home was a little challenging in the snow. The owner was very responsive to address each of my concerns.

When we first walked in, we noticed the cleanliness of the place. It is very well kept & beautiful! They have everything you could need there aside from towels & washcloths (which it tells you that in the listing).we enjoyed our stay there & would love to come back when we can actually spend some time enjoying the house & all its amenities. We were in town for my son’s wedding so we didn’t get a lot of time hanging around the house, but the time spent there was comfortable & enjoyable! Thank you!

Great for hosting a gathering of friends!

This VRBO listing was amazing! We came for some skiing/snowboarding but the resort ended up closing the slopes due to weather. That wasn't a problem though because Paula's house has SO MUCH in the way of entertainment. The ping pong, foosball, pool, video games, and general great location had us forget that we were originally there to ski in the first place. The place was clean, beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space to hang out. Would highly recommend!

Pros: Property was very clean and close to the ski resort/waterpark. Teenagers had plenty of games to keep them entertained. Pool passes provided but we didn’t use them as the pool was 10 minutes away. Cons: The house had 6 bath towels for a reservation of 11 people. No shower gel or hand towels. Checkout instructions included a garbage dump at a site 3.5 miles away from the property. After a 9 minute drive we arrived at the address described to find a post saying not allowed to leave garbage. The entrance of the property had a wasp nest and my brother (who’s allergic to them) got bit on his ear. Luckily my dad, who is a doctor, was with us. The property owner was not responsive. I sent an email asking for possibility of a late checkout (around noon on Saturday) to enjoy a relaxed Fathers Day breakfast on Sunday morning and never received an answer for yes or no. A no with have been fine but to ignore the email all together is not appropriate. If you are a light sleeper, you might want to reconsider or bring ear plugs as the house is by a main road and the first room on the left has a very loud noise (maybe the AC unit)

Rules

The house is very clean and spacious. The basement is nice if you have older children, pool table and shuffle boards and video game systems. The screened in porch in the basement is a nice place to sit and get some fresh air while being protected from the elements. That’s about where the niceties end. There are so many rules that it takes away from the family time and enjoyment. If you have small kids under 7 it’s a lot to make sure you don’t accidentally overstep one of the the rules. There are rule postings all over the house for things you can and cannot do with penalties of fines l over the house. It would be nice if we had one large checklist so that you can make sure you’ve accomplished all the tasks before departure. Icing on the cake is that you have to take your trash and load it into your personal vehicle and drive it almost 3 miles away to the communal dumpsters to avoid another fine. Bring you’re own toilet paper and trash bags because they only provide starter ones.
