Situated in Savannah Lakes Village near McCormick, S.C., this lakefront property is located on the pristine shores of Little River in the heart of Strom Thurmond Lake. Beautiful wildlife, fiery sunsets, and tranquil surroundings are part of the charm of this townhouse. Surrounded by 1200 miles of shoreline in the heart of Sumter National Forest visitors will enjoy fishing, boating, kayaking, golfing, and most of all relaxing. Walking trails located in the three nearby state parks affords opportunities to observe wildlife in their natural habitat.

Relax, Recharge and Play On is the motto of the owners. Surrounded by the natural beauty of a landscaped wooded lot, the townhouse is located close enough to McCormick for a quick trip to the grocery store yet far enough away for complete quiet and relaxation. Restaurants are located within a few miles of the property and after a day of golfing or boating there is no need to cook. The townhouse is just 30 yards from the shoreline and can be enjoyed from the deck or the swing near the lake. Rooms have beautiful views of the lake. Come stay with us and get recharged.

Best on the Lake!

Year after year, this is the best place to stay on the lake. The owners are easy to reach and are the best to deal with. The location is gorgeous and peaceful. Boating and fishing are readily available, or you can just look at the beautiful view of the lake from the deck or inside in the air conditioning!

Tom was easy to deal with. House was as described in a nice location. Everything you need was there. We only really slept there since we were visiting family near by for Thanksgiving. But beds and furniture were comfortable and clean.

Excellent Lake House Rental

We just spent two weeks at this home and enjoyed every minute of it. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and appliances. We stayed with a larger group and were pleased that the hot water heater kept up with our needs. The check in process was easy and fast. Our host Tom and Debra were so pleasant to deal with and were available at all times for any questions we had. Would highly recommend this rental for families and friends.

The Best Ever!

First, the hosts are easily accessible and ready to make your experience the best. The lodging is quite attractive, but still comfortable. The recently updated areas are beautiful and make it even better. It was impeccably clean and has everything you need. The location on the lake is gorgeous, and the neighborhood is quiet. I literally can’t find anything to criticize!

The house was well equipped with plenty of kitchen items, so we didn’t have to pack extras—very convenient. All rooms, beds, and sleeping spaces were spacious and comfortable for our group. Located in a beautiful area, the house offered a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Tom, our host, always responded quickly to questions, both before booking and upon arrival. As an experienced home rental guest, I know hosts often use different services to maintain their properties. While the house is lovely, a few areas could use some maintenance, and perhaps it’s worth discussing cleaning details with the service handling turnovers between guests. There were no major issues; just small things like making sure all surfaces are wiped down and restocking toilet paper and paper towels for the next guests. These were easy for us to address with a quick clean-up and a run to Dollar General. Still, I realize that some guests might find these matters more troublesome. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return! Thank you for the wonderful view and comfortable accommodations.

Our visit to McCormick was for a somber occasion, but we were still grateful for the spacious, comfortable, and convenient accommodations at Tom's property. Had the circumstances been different, we would have certainly enjoyed the stunning lakeside views and the beautiful atrium. Tom was a great communicator and promptly resolved a minor issue with the Wi-Fi password. I would absolutely book this place again, as it offers all the comforts of home while being surrounded by lovely scenery.

Perfect Lakefront Retreat with Amazing Views and Relaxing Vibe!

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy lakefront townhouse while in town for a fishing tournament. The owners were incredibly accommodating with flexible check-in and check-out times, making our experience hassle-free. The house itself is warm and inviting, with beautiful views of the lake from every window—no obstructions, just pure serenity. There’s a small beach where you can set up a chair and unwind, and it’s an excellent fishing spot, too. The quiet neighborhood was a bonus, providing the ideal getaway. Being just minutes from the Dorn Facility boat ramp and Lincolnton was a huge convenience for the tournament. Thank you again, we will see you again soon! Kimberly

The view looking out over the lake was very nice. The location was very convenient to the different neighborhoods and golf courses. The house is obviously an older home and needs some updating. We were disappointed we could not use the fireplace because the propane had not been filled. The owner Tom was quick to respond and did offer to give us another night because of the inconvenience. There were two sets of check out instructions and some items contradicted each other, which caused confusion.

Home away from home

This is the second year staying at this home. I love the fact that Tom has every kitchen utensil, pots, pans, dishes that you will ever need. The home is quiet and nice. Anyone that you do happen to meet is polite. Super close to Elijah State Park which is why we chose this house. My only complaint is that there are no blinds in the living area and no blinds in the kids bedroom (with 3 beds) which prohibits privacy and sleeping in. Another big annoyance is the fridge. It leaks pretty bad and filling up water bottles is a big nuisance. Deff won't stop us from coming back but those 2 things are pretty annoying. Thank you Tom for another amazing stay
